“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Sahara Grill and wanted to give special mention to Abdur Rahman, who served us. He was very professional and, for a trainee, did an excellent job. He was attentive in a calm, subtle way, checking in on us during the meal and making sure we were comfortable without interrupting the experience. Little thoughtful touches showed his awareness and good service, which really helped us feel relaxed. Food-wise, everything was enjoyable, but the Angus short rib was a standout – absolutely a hit and easily the highlight of the meal. Overall, a very positive experience. Credit to Abdur Rahman and the team.”

“We went on Wednesday evening, we were greeted with a smile and showed to our table. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, and guide you with the menu. The setting is very nice and parking is easy to find. The food was quite tasty. We got the Calamari, Wings and the Prawn Tempura for starters. For the mains we got the lamb chops, wagyu surf and turf, wagyu sirloin and the wagyu t-bone steak.. and we enjoyed our food. Would I go back there again? YES! Our steaks were amazing and full of flavour,the customer service was amazing, and the overall experience was very personal. So yes, gets a 5 outta 5. Good hidden gem.”

“Had a nice meal here for my Aunts birthday. It was quite busy but not noisy. The fixed price lunch menu was good value. The a la carte looked a bit pricey! I had the ribs my aunt had the salmon. We were served by the delightful Alissa and really enjoyed the food and the ambience. Recommended.”

“We had my sons 18th party here, have to say was the best night, couldn't fault the staff, customer service was 100% and the management staff, Saiorse and Tracy went above and beyond to make sure everything went well, notting was to much trouble and I can't thank them enough for making it a special time for my son. “We just celebrated my son's 18th Bday here. We been living in this neighbourhood for over a decade and we never visited the pub as it had a bad reputation but since new management took over and the pub been refurbished it looks truly amazing. Great food menu. Great affordable variety of drinks. The service is impeccable and very friendly staff. My husband is a wheelchair user, the pub has wheelchair access but you got to put the foldable ramp down yourself what didn't bother us as we do that daily at home anyway. Overall a 5* pub very clean and tidy... And they do karaoke on Thursdays aswell. A place I highly recommend.”

“We booked a private dining area on the lower ground floor for an intimate graduation celebration and the service and food was outstanding! We ordered a few tawa grills which was absolutely delicious 10/10 and some biriyanis. The grills were cooked to perfection, tender and flavourful and the lamb chops was the best. With all honesty, the food was the best Pakistani food we’ve had at a restaurant. The private dining area is beautiful itself and perfect for private functions. All the staff including manager Sarwar and the waitresses provided the best service. Thank you for a memorable evening.”

“MAM GRILL HUT - first time trying the new venue which was previously known as the grill hut. Since under new ownership, the eatery has had brand new interior which is vibrant and welcoming, far greater improvement. The tables were clean and plenty of seating was available. As a group of 8 we were attended to by the extremely friendly staff. Menu items are plentiful. We opted for the grill chicken platter with 4 lamb chops grilled chicken wings and 2 large sides. Food was prepared fresh and succulent. Flavour was spot on. The fried chicken was fresh and extremely tasty. Customer service was really good with all requests being catered to. On a separate occasion we ordered takeaway and the food was just as good! A great new addition to Goodmayes. Well worth a visit.”

“This lovely restaurant was recommended by a friend. We went today the Boxing Day for a family meal at lunch time. We had the BBQ and hot pot. There’s lots of great selection of meat, seafood , fruits and vegetables. I was quite surprised by the freshly made nan bread, pizza, kimchi, shushi and so on. Definitely good value for money and parking nearby is very convenient as well.”
