“Incredibly helpful over the phone and in person arranging prescription and then pick up from outside the pharmacy when suffering from Covid. Cannot say enough how helpful it is to be able to ring up without some call centre and have the phone answered (doesn't happen with all pharmacies) and then for them to actually sort everything out for you. “The bully manager is finally gone, and the staff are so much happier now. In the past, the previous manager talked down to employees, even siding with rude patients, and I even witnessed staff being shouted at — it created a very negative environment. Since the change, things have completely turned around and the difference is clear to see. The pharmacist is excellent and always helpful.
