“BSC is my favorite when its comes to a pistachio latte. But its not always their coffee but their top notch hospitality by the staff. I was startled with how the two young lads were busy making sure everything is perfect on a Christmas eve late in the night. Shoutout to Arman for making sure I’ve had the best experience in a while just grabbing a coffee.”

“Farid and Paul are both outstanding concierge. As I am largely house bound due to spin an injury they have been incredibly thoughtful and considerate when accepting deliveries and allowing access for my various carer’s . I have lived in this building for the last three years as a rental tenant and I have been so pleased with the concierge service and the security it offers that I have now purchased a flat in the same building . So I think that speaks for itself . Regards”

“I really miss this place. Every staff member was very kind and took great care of us. They offer weekly kitchen cleaning, and the cleaner is very responsible—he always made sure everything was spotless! The room is not very big, but it’s space-efficient. During exam term, the ops team even ordered an ice cream truck for us. I really want to come back, even though all my courses are on the main campus. Unfortunately, I wasn’t allocated housing here this year. If you have the opportunity to live here, please cherish it!”

“I absolutely love this cafe. The cappuccino I had was one of the best I’ve ever tasted creamy, hot, and made with care. The space is inviting, with a mix of modern style and homey charm. The breakfast menu includes lots of delicious dishes. The staff are genuinely friendly, not just polite, and make you feel welcome. It’s clear they care about both the coffee and the customers. I’ll be bringing all my friends here from now on.”

“I visited here 30th June 2022. Amazing poached eggs, toast, avocado and coffee! Everything was excellent, good chat with the owner. When I’m back in London, I will certainly come back here, nice vibe and relaxed atmosphere. Can’t remember the business owner name, but like I said - definitely invest in birmingham! See you soon buddy.”

“Favorite local coffee place! Service here is always friendly and quick, and my kids love their croissants and pain au chocolat. They use organic milks so a big plus for me, and I have had probably 100 cappuccinos and not a bad one yet. They'll make takeaway drinks in your reusable cup if you bring it! Also have a handful of little outdoor tables on the pavement and it's a nice place to sit in the sun.”

“Hands down one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. Every single individual item was cooked to perfection. I had the moral mega which consisted of like 8 different types of items and then added nuggets on top - every single item left you wanting more. My wife got the smoked salmon eggs Benedict and I tried it - it was damn good! The atmosphere was very nice, they had a high chair for my infant child, servers were all very polite & well mannered and their toilets were also nice & clean. Already looking to go back!”

“Delightful coffee chain that you can find throughout London. It's been a running joke that European iced coffee is always disappointing (and to be fair, hot coffee with two ice cubes just isn't correct); Black Sheep breaks that stereotype. They have a good selection of strong iced coffees (big fan of their Vietnamese iced coffee), matcha and seasonal drinks. Their service isn't the fastest, especially when they're busy. That said, you can order from a kiosk and just grab a seat while you wait -- I've never been disappointed by a single drink.”
