From start to finish the customer service was immaculate and staff were always quick to respond and give updates on our outfits. Both our outfits arrived on time, exactly how we requested and even more beautiful in person. We requested quite a few changes to our outfits and staff were very patient, honest and polite throughout the process. They ordered us in a swatch to help us choose a colour which we appreciated. “The store and staff are very helpful. We l’ve been visiting them for over 15 years. Never had a problem. My kids love Uncle ji and have a great experience every time they visit. It is a shame.. some people are ganging up on them collectively with family & friends- that may have NEVER visited the store from the beginning. Just so they can give the shop bad reviews & a bad name, by supporting each other & NOT giving valid reasons OR by repeating the same reason to give bad reviews just to lower their ratings. It is really wrong and un ethical thing to do.”

“I got my wedding dress from Bidaai last year and I was so, so please with the outcome! The studio had all their dresses displayed on mannequins which was so useful as I could see what the dresses looked like worn. When I saw my dress I knew it was the one but I had to make a lot of changes to make it perfect.. this completely changed the whole outfit so there was quite a lot, but the sister at the studio looked after me so well and made sure no decisions were made until I was completely satisfied. She kept me updated with pictures and videos while the dress was being made from start to finish which I know was a lot of effort from her end. I knew this is was a bit risk but I can honestly say I had the perfect wedding dress that was personalised exactly to how I wanted it! It’s been 4 months now and I still look back to my pictures and admire the lehenga and the efforts that went behind it. Thank you so much to the ladies at Bidaai, you were amazing!”

“I was really worried about these beds after reading the reviews after I purchased however I did have a good experience. The beds came on time the day they were expected and in great condition for the price. The only issue was when I emailed the customer service I didn’t get a response only a generic message back so if I had of had issues or wanted to change the delivery then I’d of had no way of contacting them so they definitely do need to improve this.”
