She always made sure I’m comfortable and the before and after results were very pleasing.She does my laser very comfortably as well.she gives me ice pack prior to the session and I never got a burn. She has practiced microneedling on me. And the result was immaculate. I’m a happy customer from last year. She has been very gentle and kind to me all though. After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and calm. Everything felt well organized and cared for, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. Food was piping hot, I could tell it was freshly cooked and also had chopsticks to take home ! Lovely glass of wine served with a glass of water. I will definetly be back !”
