“I personally had a very good experience with Bijouteria. Since I had a 50% discount voucher for Bijouteria, I used it, as I hadn't been to the shop before. When I received the jewelry (within two days), I tried it on the same day. Unfortunately, one piece was too small. So I contacted customer service to request an exchange for a larger size. I received a response very quickly, and the exchange was arranged without me having to do anything further. I received the new piece the following day, and I was able to return the too-small piece free of charge. I am truly satisfied with the quality and the customer service.”

We brought in a style we liked for an engagement ring and he was quickly able to draw up several options and was transparent about the process throughout. The final product is absolutely stunning and has a personal touch that you just can’t get from an online order. The ring was also slightly too big and it hasn’t been a problem to have it adjusted. Can’t recommend Susan Clarke highly enough!”

While checking out, I mentioned to the woman working that my fiancé and I had gotten engaged a few days prior but had not been able to wear my ring yet as it was too big- and she was kind enough to help fit me with a temporary sizer so I was able to wear my ring for the rest of vacation, which she did not have to do!
