“I've been craving a new suit from Adam of London since my last visit several years ago. Made it into the shop on a Friday afternoon to be greeted by the man himself. I explained what I was looking for, he found my size, helped me try it on and pinned it for alterations by my local tailor as his tailor was on vacation. Even after I was set on a particular suit, he had me try on another couple of jackets to make sure we had selected the proper cut. This to me is a mark of impeccable professionalism. He could have simply let me pick it out, pay and walk out the door. But he chose to go a step above, and it says everything about the man. He's a very interesting fellow, with some great stories to tell and a great sense of humor. I really didn't "need" another suit, but I have no regrets about selecting from Adam.”

“I called up Adam and his sales director Jeremy three weeks before coming over from Belgium for a London weekend with some ideas on what I would like for two suits, asking if they would make any adjustments in a short time. Protests in London meant I could only reach them for a first visit on the Sunday, but by Monday early afternoon, not only had they helped select the perfect two tailored suits I needed, they had also adjusted them, made to measure. “Fantastic dentist. Everyone is always so kind, patient, friendly and understanding. They are very neurodivergent friendly, will listen and not judge you at all. The pay monthly scheme is great - having the regular hygienist included has made a huge difference to my teeth. I’ve always struggled with brushing my teeth, and cannot cope with floss etc - but they have always encouraged me that whatever I can do (eg water flosser) is better than nothing and I’ve never felt judged or pressured. The dental work they do is top tier - really take their time and make you feel cared about. Being able to communicate with them via WhatsApp rather than having to call is also a massive bonus!”

I was met by Martin who showed and demonstrated to me their range of chairs, including their best seller which I initially rejected based on its colour. I selected a chair but at the last minute decide to try the best seller. This was much more comfortable and available. Martin told me that if I ordered it before 16:00 hours he could do same day delivery. Having consulted with my wife I called Martin to confirm the order and make payment. Martin delivered it, put it together and demonstrated it. At no time was I put under any pressure to buy from Suite Deals, and the service provided by Martin was excellent.
