“I went to this place in July to try on a shirt and I was served by a horrible woman, I think she was the manager from what I gathered as she was talking down to her colleagues etc. I was asking about the returns policy because I wanted to see how it would like with my suit at home and she said I couldn’t return it? So I left the shirt and she was so rude about it, to the point where she started ignoring me! then thought ahhh I won’t go back there again but then gave it another try on Friday just gone as I was in a last minute panic so it was my last resort and Martin was a godsend, he was so accommodating, he essentially created a fashion montage for me and my two friends which really made the whole experience so fun! He could see I was struggling with making a decision and kept the store open for a bit longer just so I didn’t feel under pressure. I think all stores need a Martin, he turned a negative experience into such a positive one! Managed to get my tux in time, the store managed to send it for alterations and get it back to us a day earlier than expected!”

“Great location, very close to the university. The staff is really friendly and helpful! Everything feels modern and comfortable. Rooms can get a bit warm on sunny days, but it's a minor issue in an otherwise very enjoyable stay ♡”

“Rooms are spacious for two! - At no extra cost! Friendliest Staff available on hand! Kitchen is a bit small for people who like cooking a lot. Right next to Kingston Station and Cromwell Bus station, easiest way to access other places from by walking for 30 seconds either side of the exit. Overall a great student accommodation with access to a common room, washer room and a bike storage room for any extra needs!”

“Fantastic hotel in a quaint part of London. Was surprised to see that there we many restaurants around and a large variety of shops. Also, Andreina at the front desk was absolutely fantastic in helping us ensure that we had everything we needed for our stay. She was very accommodating and understanding of our travel requirements. Would highly recommend this hotel.”

“For me, one of the reasons that retail is fading is due to retailers neglecting the user / customer experience. Prestigious retailers, Harrods, Selfridges etc., get this right. There's also a huge focus on UX / UI on-line, but not often in retail. My experience today was different. Greated really well by the staff, and taken care of brilliantly by Jem. “Recently stayed here for its fantastic location near to the station and all amenities, staff were extremely helpful and considerate going above and beyond. It’s cheap and cheerful and very clean as you would expect. When I couldn’t figure out how to work the elevator key one kind lady offered to come up with me to demonstrate. Others were also very approachable and more than happy to offer assistance. It’s so rare to find kind and responsive team members these days, they really made my stay and made us feel so welcome. Thank you to all the staff at Kingston Travelodge, it was truly a pleasure!”

“Came in to see a suit I’d seen online and to seek some advice. The wonderful Amy was quick to see me and answered all my questions, gave me some great advice and gave me so many options to try on. I didn’t buy anything but the care and attention she gave to helping me out in finding the right colour, fit and style really left a mark on me - she was so lovely, polite and helpful the entire time even after I’d expressed I wasn’t buying on the day. When I do buy she’ll be the first person I speak to! Thank you Amy!”

“I was a little worried after reading previous reviews, but I needn't have been! Short walk from the station, greeted very warmly by Alizay who was an absolute joy. Given a choice of floors, so opted for 6 as figured it would be quiet. This is the business floor... Room was spotless, even a bit of a view from the window. No issues with getting in late after a gig, key card worked fine. I felt safe as a woman on my own. Comfy bed, great shower, and no rush to check out the next morning. Another lovely gent on reception. Would definitely stay again, easy quick walk to go look at some of the sights. Really can't find fault for the price.”

On each occasion the Sales & project Manager, Nick Hunter and all of the Creed Miles Team have been helpful, supportive and quick to respond. “Went in to get a suit and after a brief discussion of what I wanted the gentleman went and fetched a suit without measuring me or asking my size. It was nearly a perfect fit, just needed the leg length taking up a little bit. Polite, attentive, and very professional. Wonderful customer service.”

“We originally booked for one night but we were so impressed with the hotel we changed our plans and stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were furnished to an exceptionally high standard, the bed felt luxurious, the shower powerful and the staff were brilliant. The breakfast was excellent. She kept everything professional and helpful by helping me to find the nearest UPS drop point and packing and labeling my package which it wasn’t her responsibility but i Loved her passion and responsibility anyway . We have been to several private hospitals over the years (Lister, Chelsea Westminster, Portland, etc), and have to say that New Victoria Hospital was amongst the best. It felt that doctors and nurses really heard the patients' concerns and genuinely tried to address them.”

“Oliver Pryse planned me the trip of a lifetime to Easter Island. The service was top-notch, right from the initial call through to the trip commencing. I bombarded Oliver with many queries and he was incredibly helpful every time, resulting in a stress-free, amazing trip.
