“Been coming here a few months now as I previously decided to attempt to thin my own hair and ending up butchering it with bleach and home colour. Jodie has since manage to get my hair in a gorgeous condition since my first appointment and it’s finally healthy and growing. Couldn’t ask for better treatments, patience and staff. “By far my favourite M&S store! Easy to shop, the food hall is always well stocked and staff are available for assistance if needed. Friendly and helpful. Same in the clothes departments, well staffed, fitting rooms are always manned, staff welcoming and knowledgable of stock. The cafe has always been very busy so have not used yet Great store, excellent customer service, thank you M&S!”

“We visited here for Afternoon Tea with Father Christmas. We were a large group of 10 (adults and children). The venue was beautifully decorated for the festive season. Food was delicious and offered alternatives for the vegetarians in our group. Joe Banana was the entertainer for the afternoon and he did not disappoint. The Father Christmas was very good. Plenty of activities for the children to keep them occupied. Would definitely return.”

“I just wanted to give a massive thank you to Penny and Dami at the Lakeside Moss Bros store for their outstanding customer service. We walked in just 30 minutes before closing, fully aware it was a last-minute visit — but that didn’t stop them from going above and beyond for us. Not only did they assist us right up until closing, but they stayed an extra 30 minutes after hours just to make sure I was fully sorted with the perfect suit. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help — even with the time pressure. Penny and Dami made what could’ve been a stressful last-minute shop feel smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. It’s rare to find staff who care that much. “Location is fantastic . We decided to stay over after a visit to Lakeside and go out to the boom battle bar. The staff were all lovely from reception to the breakfast staff . Breakfast was very nice , good quality sausages and lots of cereals, pastries. Would stay here again . Basic but had everything we needed”
