“I had a trapped nerve in the neck which affected the whole of my right side. The pain was 8 out of 10. At one point 111 thought I was having a heart attack and sent me straight to a&e - fortunately enough the heart is in a good condition. But due to the junior docs strike I was just palmed off with a pulled muscle. I couldn’t even get an appt with my GP or out of hours service. So tried a chiropractor, who took X-rays and gave me the feed back that I needed a 12 week program to get the nerve treated. I took one treatment to start with and they left me in more pain than ever before. I ended up having to take 17 pain killers a day just to get thru the day until someone recommended Andrew. I was with Andrew for 1 hour, in that one hour he managed to straighten me up, I trapped the nerve, advised me on exercises that I could do whilst working that wouldn’t look out of place. Advised that the one treatment he done should be enough but if ‘I wanted’ to then I could book a second one. Andrew listened to my needs, dealt with the problem, gave fantastic advice and most of all - he was honest! His practice was warm, clean and inviting and he’s so friendly. I now see why Upminster First Rugby team use him - he has magic in his hands n. Thank you Andrew for fixing me too!”

“Really great service at this running shop! The two guys working there helped me out with a gait analysis and measured my feet to figure out the best shoes for my overpronation. They were super helpful and explained everything clearly. I ended up getting a pair of Saucony running shoes, and I’m loving them so far-they feel really comfortable and supportive. “Took my 8 years old niece and 5 year old nephew. Booked in advance online and was very quick and easy to book. Parking is available onsite for free. Getting in was very quick and easy. The children's play area is large and the kids absolutely loved all the equipment, which is very study and well built. We also went on the pedalos and did archery (both cost extra) - the staff were all really friendly and I especially want to give a huge thank you to Max who was super kind and patient with the kids during archery and made their day. We finished the day with the Discovery Trail - this is a lovely walk by one of the lakes and in the woodland. We would have stayed longer but had to leave as it was closing. Will definitely be back!”

“I have just changed my dog’s vets to ivy lodge. Amazing staff. My dog is extremely nervous and often fear aggressive. They took time in getting to know her and made her so comfortable to the point she was even wagging her tail. “Guys I tried flames first time and as far as takeaways go for a small business they really do know there stuff when it comes too food ,I've eaten from flames many times and from experience I've never had a bad meal and even on the odd occasion when it's been longer than usual in waiting for the delivery they have always been apologetic,the portion sizes are genouros and is very reasonable price wise ,speaking from experience id highly recommend flames kebabs it's very satisfying,a special mention for there chicken diner ,,very nice”
