“We had an amazing afternoon at the TimeQuest escape room! The people that work there very obviously adore escape rooms and board games both. We were also told about some board game evenings they hold during the week that we're very interested in, including a game designed by our game master!!!”

“An absolutely beautiful, local gem. The food is delicious, homely yet filling. The owner is so warm and friendly. The bruschette is fantastic and the pasta is superb. We had the mushroom pasta and the day special which was artichoke tortellini with the most delicious spicy tomato sauce. Highly recommend!”

“Went to Eat Beirut in London with family and shared the set meal for 2 and set meal for 4. It ended up being a great choice — loads of fresh dips, crispy falafel, tasty salads, and plenty of grilled meats and veggie dishes to pass around. Everything was well-seasoned and generous, so we were happily picking at plates the whole time. The vibe was relaxed, the food was great value, and the staff were genuinely helpful and kind — big shout-out to them for making the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a fun, easy meal with solid Lebanese flavours, and I’d definitely go back.”

“This board game cafe is always so pleasant to visit! It has a nice intimate feel with a very wide selection of games. My friends and I stayed for 3 hours and got drinks, each spending around £10. We didn’t try the food. They offer student and NHS discount. They gave two small toilets, but one of them doesn’t lock fully. Will come back!”

“A wonderfully unique mini brewer just outside the Claygate station. I think there was 3 beers on when we were there including a beautiful dark ale. The beers we had were lovely but sadly no notes were taken. If you're in Claygate, give it a go.”

“What a gem. A bit out of the way( depending where you're coming from) but it has the lot. Even during a busy game I was never 10 seconds away from being served. All hues of Taytos on sale. Huge beer garden, lovely pints and topping it all, a class Guinness mural. One of the best Irish pubs in the UK.”

“Just by looking at the place when walking by, you would never expect that the pizza and service here would be “magical” but it truly was in every aspect. My pizza magician was Gino and he ran the entire operation during my visit there. He took the orders, served the drinks, cashed me out, and bussed the tables. He deserves all the credit for my dining experience. Gino was very affable and charming — it just added to the experience. I am not a huge pizza fan so if I rave about pizza, those who know me know I’m being genuine. Nevertheless, I couldn’t decide on which pizza to get so after explaining what I like (melt your mouth spicy) and don’t like (soggy or salty ingredients), he made a custom one for me and it didn’t fail to deliver. I would absolutely recommend checking out this place. As you can tell from my photography skills, I’m not an influencer or bot by any means. I just really enjoyed the pizza and think the place deserves to be acknowledged for it.”

“Sitting in the car in the rain after Hampton Court Flower Show we stumbled on the Thai Courtyard googling for somewhere to have dinner. How lucky were we! Lovely staff were so welcoming and the food was fantastic. Would certainly some again and anyone wanting a Thai treat in the area should not miss visiting.”

“My friend and I came here for dinner after seeing the great reviews online, and they were absolutely right. We arrived on a Wednesday around 8 PM without a reservation, and the restaurant was completely full — yet the staff kindly managed to find us a table for two. They were incredibly accommodating despite how busy it was. You could really feel the energy from the kitchen — it was clearly in full swing, every dish coming out looked fantastic, and you could tell the cooks were working their hardest. The food itself was outstanding: high-quality ingredients, beautifully balanced flavours, and that unmistakable sense that it was made with care and pride. I’d definitely recommend booking ahead, as it’s a popular spot for good reason. Everything we had tasted fresh, authentic, and deeply satisfying — some of the best Korean food I’ve had in London. Also, a special mention to our friendly host — I think his name was Jerry or Larry (forgive me if I’ve got that wrong!) — who asked to be named in this review to win a bet. Consider this his victory! In short, Parks Kitchen is a gem in Ealing — warm service, excellent food, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.”

“I just ordered a chicken dish but received 4 great complimentary dishes. There was some fresh bread, caramelized onions, spiced sliced onions and a huge salad. The chicken was nicely grilled and served in a yogurt sauce with aubergine. It was a great combination!”

“The food tasted fresh and authentic. The vada pav was spicy and delicious, and the bread vada was crispy. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. I really enjoyed my breakfast and I will visit again. Thank you”

“Oh my word. My husband and I came here with high expectations for our anniversary. Firstly, a sincere shoutout to the friendly and highly attentive waitstaff. We reserved in advance (which I recommend doing as it gets busy!) and they had actually read my booking notes. In the notes I mentioned I was pregnant and so they double checked I was happy with the preparation and ingredients of certain dishes. The menu leans towards the spicy and salty side, but at the same time is very fragrant and aromatic. Quite addictive really! I’ve seen viral videos of that Tom Yam deluxe noodle dish so obviously we had to get it. It was delicious, but to my surprise, my favourite dish was their Naem fried rice. It’s been about a week since our visit and I’m still licking my lips thinking about it. To top everything off, we got a surprise scoop of taro ice cream. How adorable is that? Lots of love to Speedboat. We’ll be back, and definitely before our next anniversary!”

“Another pub we used to visit a lot but hadn't been to for a long time. We stopped in for a quick drink between cinema trips. We ended up chatting with several members of staff and it was lovely and friendly each time. We only had a drink but the food looked REALLY good. It always was stunning and it seems the menu is now much more manageable than it was pre pandemic when we last went. The slightly busy interior is warm and comfortable. The staff elevate the experience and I have no doubt the food will hit the mark. Looking forward to testing that out soon.”
