“The Pharmacist and staff at Well Chingford have always been really helpful and willing to try to resolve any issues we have ever had with prescriptions. Unfortunately the Doctors Surgery we use always seems to muck something up with the new Electronic Prescription Service and are never helpful in trying to fix their mistakes but the team at Well Pharmacy are great and will contact the Doctors on our behalf and ensure we are able to get the correct medication asap! I really feel they deserve a lot of praise as they seem to be on the front line for a lot of abuse due to mistakes Doctors make and yet are still really kind and caring.”

“My (very large) rescue dog had his first groom here today and I will definitely be bringing him again! Enquiring and booking was very easy- communication was great. The lady I spoke to asked lots of questions about my dog and what I wanted from his groom. My main worries were knowing that my dog doesn’t enjoy being bathed/brushed, and his size. The team were able to successfully complete his groom and he seemed comfortable enough. He looks so lovely and tidy. It really has made such a difference!
