“I am a real novice when it comes to woodworking and the staff here was very helpful not only with providing me with the materials I need but also gave me an advice that the plywood I was buying may not be esthetically pleasing and suggested me a better one. It's my first woodworking project so I stuck to cheaper material as I will no doubt make a mess of this but for my future projects when I get better at it I'll buy the better one. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I think this may now be my new local hardware store rather than B&Q. These guys know their stuff!”

“I should never have been lured by online retailers promising a few quids cheaper and should have gone straight to this store. I will certainly be a future returning customer, after their excellent customer services (when the stuff I ordered didnt deliver after 3 weeks, they looked up something nearly identical and offered me the same discounted price as a way of compensation). I would strongly recommend using them to anyone. Don't bother using any online retailers you never heard of, if you dont want sleepless night about your money and your order.”

Although we don't visit often and full Kitchen fit outs are rare for us. Sometimes our orders are very small, but we are still treated with respect and feel as valued as regular customers. When we do order full kitchens, every order we have received, has been delivered in full, nothing missing ever ! Even if we just need a bit of advice, there's no better place to visit.
