“Nice dim sum place. Very Cantonese. During weekend they don’t allow reservation, so walk in only. There is already a long queue before 11am on Saturday morning. And they need to the whole group to be present to let you in. The place is huge. Food is fast served and tasty.”

“Excellent Food, Fantastic Customer Service, Exciting Interior! Highly recommend this Turkish restaurant, my favourite in London. I had the Iskender and the Mixed Hot Starters. Very large portions. The key difference between this Turkish restaurant and others, is the customer service. The manager is absolutely fantastic - look out for her in the restaurant as she also provided complimentary baklava and Turkish Tea. I will definitely be returning - reminded me of Istanbul.”

“The man who runs the cafe is lovely, friendly and remembers a face. Reasonably priced, menu items are well stocked and the service is fast considering it’s a small park cafe. The outdoor seating area is lovely and has a lovely atmosphere. It’s located next to the tennis courts and the child play area so it’s well located.”

“Way Better Than Nando’s – Hidden Gem in Woolwich! Absolutely blown away by Rooster’s Piri Piri in Woolwich! The food was seriously delicious – full of flavour, perfectly grilled, and the portions were so generous. You can really taste the difference in quality compared to other places. Honestly, this place puts Nando’s to shame. Rooster’s has that real homemade feel with better taste, better value, and way more heart. If you’re in Woolwich and haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out! Will definitely be back – highly recommend!”

“Friendly and helpful staff. They have a bottomless menu offer which is around £20 which includes pretty much unlimited orders on a a large variety of menu items, probably 70% of what the original menu offers. The food quality is a lot better than buffet food as they cook as your order. Food comes quickly. We also had the opportunity to go during eat out to help out which was a bonus £10 off our menu per person. Unfortunately I couldn't go again during the EOTHO as they were fully booked. It feels like eating in a fancy restaurant but it's somewhere you can go at any time. Great value for money. Would definitely reccomend.”

We ordered the South Indian Thali, mini idli, masala dosa, mixed uttappam, and a filter coffee — and all of it together cost just £38. “We went there around 6 pm weekday. We were first to go , all the items were fresh and hot. Chicken tikka, sheekh kebab , fish fry , chicken wings , haleem were hot , spicy , fresh, no bad smell at all. Nalli Nihari was good, lamb karahi was more like Bengali curry but the taste was superb. Chicken biryani was also awesome with some excellent flavours. My family with kids thoroughly enjoyed this delicious food. Compare to Royal nawab , items are less but I can vouch for the taste which is better than Royal nawab. Adult 18 pounds , kids under 10 is 9 pounds.”

“A friend suggested The Prince of Wales for lunch and it did not disappoint! It's not long been refurbished and it looks fabulous, complete with private dining, by the looks of it. Their outdoor space is one of the best I've experienced, with much of it sheltered if it does start to rain. We spent hours there with no pressure to vacate. Karen and her team are all experienced, friendly and exceptionally professional. Many thanks, Karen, we will be back!”
