“Take a class!! I highly recommend learning pole with Lia! I didn’t have a great deal of upper body strength despite always being fit but that all changed when I started pole classes at Pole Academy LDN. Fast forward a few years and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and just love pole. I’m 50 and proud of what I’ve achieved so far, moving through from beginners to high intermediate/advanced. It's a really great full body workout, so much fun & I would recommend to everyone! The instructors and students are so friendly, body positive and welcoming. Give it a try!”

The provision for ballet and tap dance is so impressive, and the girls look forward to the Saturday morning sessions every week. I was given an easy form to complete online and we made an appointment. The paperwork was already completed by the time I arrived and I was in and out of the practice in less than ten minutes. “We have used the Puppy Pad now a couple of times for our pup for when we are away. After only having him a short while before our first holiday, we were super nervous about him going but Nicole made me feel at ease straight away. I had absolutely nothing to worry about, he loved it and is a true home from home for him. We are kept uptodate of what they are up to and the activities Nicole does with them is brilliant! He is so sad once he gets home as he has had so much fun with Nicole and the rest of the Puppy Pad! I would highly recommend her and will always use the Puppy Pad as my first choice for doggy holiday care! x”

“Don is absolutely fantastic and I would not hesitate in recommending him. He is very responsive and goes the extra mile to try to accommodate our dog during busy times for us. Since our dog has been going for walks with Don I have noticed a marked improvement in her behaviour and focus. Don sends really nice and helpful videos of the dogs during their training so we can see what they're up to and follow up and reinforce the training at home. Don frequently takes the dog for longer than the 2 hours we booked for but never charges extra. It is clear that he really loves what he does and he is an expert in positive dog training methods. Dogs really love going with him and respond very well to his commands. I like the fact that he is very responsible and won't take more than 5 dogs out at a time, unlike some other dog walkers who take a huge pack of dogs they can't control! I feel that our dog is in safe and experienced hands and Don has been a real life line for us. Can't recommend highly enough :)”

After running with the Sunday group, I engaged Clare for some 1:1 coaching to tidy up my instruction calls for when I'm running with our rescue dog. What can I say but within 24 hours of our coaching session, my instructions are streamlined and I have a really attentive dog who is working harder than ever to hit his markers, making me one happy runner and him feel like the winner he is! Clare is warm, personable, direct and really takes the time to observe you and your dog in action, whilst ensuring she is hearing exactly what you want to achieve. She is a delight to be around and I would highly recommend the social Sunday run too.”
