“I absolutely adore this veterinary clinic. The clinic I was with before noticed a heart murmur from my cat but suggested it was anxiety and wouldn't need looking into. I received a second opinion from Andy here who said he would suggest I looked into it with a heart scan due to know issues with his breed. Thankfully he was right to advise this as my cat has since been diagnosed with HCM which is fatal for cats and is now under the correct care to prolong his life as long as possible. The reception team are also very helpful, it's a great service all around.”

“I remember the Reigate branch of the Art of Living back in the 1970s. A tiny shop crammed with well designed and beautiful essentials for the kitchen. Fast forward and now looking online for a good quality frying pan for my daughter’s 30th birthday, I found a good priced Le Creuset on the Art of Living website. What a great job this company has done in establishing an online presence without losing the personal touch. I was able to speak to the actual person in the warehouse who would drive the product to the shop closest to me, and when I got there the shop manager was SO informed and helpful with her advice that I ended up buying a different le creuset sauté pan. Daughter thrilled. If only all shopping could be like this .”

“This is a gem that is too well hidden! An Aladdins cave of knick nacks that you can't always find in Supermarkets and that are overpriced online. The staff are always polite, friendly, courteous and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and there is always something fun and unusual hidden This shop is a staple of Cobham and is most definitely worth a stop whilst popping down the high street.”

“Been buying beans for espresso here regularly for some months now and feel very grateful to have this roaster just a short drive from my home! Fantastic care for the quality of their beans and roasting process. They're always friendly when I go in and are more than happy to make up a custom (always recently roasted) batch of whatever blend it is I'm looking for if they don't already have it on their shelves. Nice little selection of coffee gear in stock there too which is a nice bonus.”

Tim offered to drop the wine off that evening, even though I do not live close to Cobham. I did not notice his email. But the wine still arrived by courier on Christmas Eve morning, only 18 hours from ordering. For a small company I think that’s wonderful. Above and beyond expectation.”

My fiancée had hand picked my engagement ring with the help of Abi. She was exceptionally helpful giving advice and guidance all the way through the process. I’m pleased to say I love my engagement ring. So we then returned to see Abi to chose our wedding rings, again the process was made so easy for us where we felt so comfortable in her company. Choices were made easier through detailed and guided knowledge. Never felt pressured to purchase, even with the numerous rings my partner tried. It was never an issue. When we eventually chose, and then on our return to collect we were greeted by Adam Abi’s brother who was again very helpful as we had to make some size changes. We could not rate this family business enough. Helpful, knowledgeable clearly very good at their profession. Even though we had known the family previously we wouldn’t go anywhere else. A wonderful surprise find for morning coffee with "pastries". Good value for money and quick service. We ate in, relaxing at the window bar seating, happily watching the rain!
