I was a little nervous about the pain, but Guluzar helped me feel at ease and her hot wax technique was done in such a way that the experience was quick, efficient, and had less overall pain than other waxes I’ve had. Another thing is that overall the aestheticians I met at the clinic were welcoming and friendly. I think when going for beauty services it’s important to have a good experience as a customer, especially when you’re going there for the first time or you’re getting a new treatment for the first time. I’ve had unpleasant experiences at waxing locations in London so it’s nice to have a place I feel confident returning to!”

“A night to remember at Steak & Co.! Just a stones throw from 54 Queens Gate our Hotel for the week. Our evening began with the kind and warm welcome with a smile from our server, Elena. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive; she explained everything perfectly and gave us plenty of time to choose. We took her recommendations and were so glad we did. We ordered the 6 oz and 8 oz fillets, along with the macaroni and cheese, garlic and chili prawns, and the artichoke and spinach dip. Elena gave us time before she came to the table to ask if we were ready for our Mains. When our mains arrived, Elena showed us how to prepare the steaks on the hot stone right at our table. The "Steak on a Stone" experience was fantastic, and everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The fillets were 5* quality at this establishment, well worth every £ spent. Every dish was delicious and flavorful. The only slight letdown was the garlic and chili prawns, which had little to no flavor and were small, but were a perfect pairing with the fillet. I don't usually eat sides when I have any steak. So usually i get an appetizer like prawns. A special thank you to Elena for making our dinner truly memorable. We will definitely be back to the Gloucester location to ask for Elena.”

It’s always a pleasure to visit their beautiful on curated stores & they do make returns exceptionally easy & the staff are always absolutely lovely & also helpful. I guess they take pity on me as an old man burdened with an unenviable task, but to tell you the truth I enjoy it (whilst pretending not to)!”

The saleswoman Endy (hope I’m spelling this right) is a real asset to your team and was so helpful, knowledgable and reassuring. “Excellent shopping experience at River Island, store was extremely busy, but the staff were fantastic in keeping all the sale racks tidy, and all the sale items organised! River Island have really upped their menswear for this summer. I picked up really nice summer sets, and holiday outfits today at very reasonable prices. They had a huge variety of products, and had a wide range of options available in store. I managed to pick up a £38 formal quarter zip jumper for £12 on sale too, and there was a great amount of clothing on sale. Managed to pick up chino shorts for a tenner each. I really loved how River Island has improved their essentials too. The River Island Studio plain t-shirts are of high quality and fit very well. They feel very premium when you touch them and very comfortable to wear. There were plenty of suits on sale minimum 70% off, unfortunately, might size wasn’t in stock. The overall customer service was excellent, but if you come here on a weekday evening or something it’ll be much better as the store won’t be that overcrowded. Overall, I highly recommend River Island to you!”

“This is a large store on two levels on Oxford Street. The main floor has women's fashion. And, cards, daytimers and other useful articles and gadgets near the cashier desk. Men's clothing and some more wemen's are on the basement. The store is focussed on the younger men and women. It is a nice store. The displays are not crowded.”
