“Visited the Ramblers Rest pub for Father’s Day and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. It’s also a dog-friendly pub, which was a huge plus as we brought our dog along and she was made to feel just as welcome! For food, I had the king prawns to start, the beef roast for my main, and sticky toffee pudding for dessert, every single dish was delicious and beautifully presented. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to!”

“THE MOST WONDERFUL FLORIST!! Juliet did the flowers for our February wedding - we had table pieces, bridal (and bridesmaids) bouquets, buttonholes and a moon arch for the ceremony. So many compliments from pretty much all of our guests - even the most unlikely ones (including my husband!) said specifically how gorgeous they were. And they lasted beautifully - top tip: brides -give your table pieces to your guests to enjoy at home after the big day (that was Juliet's idea and my friends loved it!). Really great guidance and suggestions on the specific flowers and combinations from Juliet if you need it - I found it tricky narrowing down 'the look' as I just love them all! “Such a loving atmosphere, the service was so lovely and nice. We went on a Sunday around 4pm and it was so peaceful. Food and dessert were amazing. Best pizza I’ve ever had. The tiramisu was sooo delicious, best I’ve had. Would 1000% recommend. Prices were very affordable £13+ for a large pizza.”

“Well well well what can I say about this place... Hidden Gem... Faultless and Amazing.. Cannot speak highly enough... Service 5 stars... Personable, catered for dietary requirements without fuss.... very good attention to detail and a great amount of charisma fills this small restaurant. Food.. Exceptional, Epic, Excellent. The pork belly sensational, the lamb chop great quality and cooked to perfection... The sushi and shashimi was fresh and there was some great combinations. We had the Full Moon tasting menu which is £30 and worth every penny... The portions were great filled up 4 men with strong appetites... So glad I have found this place... Cannot wait till next time...”

“I come here every week whilst my puppy has hydrotherapy next door, such a lovely cafe. Have had the full english, Buddha bowls (if I’m remembering the name correctly) and also the jacket potatoes. They also have paninis. Doggy friendly as well and the ladies that work here are always cheerful. The food is made fresh and is so good! There is something for everyone. “I went in on Saturday for a pre-football brunch. The place was lively, the service was prompt and friendly. The coffee was top-notch, the eggs beans and bubble were delicious. And we got a 2-2 draw,, which was a great result.”

“Been coming here for over 20 years. They do the best kebabs anywhere. Always have shish kebabs and chips. You get loads of chicken, loads of fresh salad and chips always perfect. I normally collect and see that they always make everything from fresh. Very efficient and never keep you waiting. Ordered for delivery yesterday for a change. Food arrived hot within 30 minutes of order. Delicious.”

Plenty of room on our table, waiting staff were an absolute pleasure, making sure that we had everything we needed and despite some customers on the next table being incredibly rude to the poor waitress they remained cheerful. The house is located in a pine forest. We even had the chance to see a family of deer in the garden of the house. We highly recommend this rental which conforms to the description of the owner.”
