And what a treat it was.... the inspiring variety of food, all cooked to perfection, all beautifully presented, all immaculately timed and served hot (which is always a challenge with a large event) and all devoured with relish and many compliments. The staff were super friendly, helpful and polite - around, without being intrusive...the outside space was lovely and later in the evening the back room changed from being an entrancing restaurant into a nightclub!!!!! “After many years away, we returned to what was once our local! Lovely service and delicious menu options. We went early (5pm) and might go later next time or for lunch to avoid the numerous families with small noisy kids who came in after us. It got pretty frenetic.”
