From their reception staff who always make you feel welcome and offer great help and advice where they can to their amazing vets. One of my dogs who is very nervous and reactive was unwell recently and their head vet Adele was so amazing with her, I couldn’t believe it. It’s so nice to have a practice who genuinely care about the welfare of your pet and understand that they’re family. I wouldn’t want my pets to go anywhere else. Thanks Wylies for everything, keep up the great practise that you’ve created.”

“I’ve been a member at Fitness First for a while now, and I absolutely love it. The classes are challenging and fun, Jamie’s SPARR classes, in particular, always push me to go beyond what I thought I could do, and are so much fun, I tend to attend every week! I also do personal training sessions with Mo, who is great and very professional. He always motivates me to push myself and improve, and I can really see the progress I’m making. The staff and other members are super friendly and welcoming, which makes the atmosphere so positive and enjoyable.”

“Luke is fantastic! I came to Luke with an issue with my lower back and hips which had left me struggling to do exercise and often in tears. Luke gave me practical advice, what exercises I could do including physio exercises. He helped me to understand my back issues and the healing process (including helping me with my patience lol) The sports massage was brilliant - I left feeling so much better. Luke regularly checks in with me to get updates on the progress on my back and hips and how the physio exercises are going. I would recommend Luke to anyone for physio or just a sports massage. The service, knowledge, expertise, understanding and friendliness from Luke is wonderful.”

“I cannot recommend Run The Wild highly enough. I attended their Introduction to the Alps weekend in May 2025. Fantastic from start to finish. The location is stunning and the trip extremely well organised. What elevates them though is the calibre of the team - without exception the guides were knowledgeable, encouraging and full of tips. As a fairly casual runner, I wasn’t sure how I’d cope but it became clear very quickly that they would make sure that each and every one of us welcome and able to run at our pace, enjoy the stunning scenery, and have a wonderful experience.”

“My child is attending classes at Langley Grammar School venue in Slough. He has started since age 3. The staff are very well experienced and keeps the children well disciplined. Also the grading process made my child enthusiastic and brought a sense of preparing for an examination.”

“Really good club to learn the art form of Capoeira in a safe controlled environment. Club members are friendly and eager to help out. Coming from a different capoeira school I felt quite at home. Equal attention is given to teaching the music and culture connected to Capoeira. There are outdoor training sessions during summer. Sereia is a really great coach/teacher with a high level of mental and physical energy which is very contagious. Her classes are very accommodating to beginners and are structured for all levels. Her training methods are very organised and you’ll find your fitness level improving and progression at your game very quickly. Classes on Mondays and Wednesdays are a cartwheel away from Royal Oak station with ample parking around it. Friday class is at a great location across from Paddington station, plenty of pubs and restaurants for Friday evenings after training drinks and meals. Would highly recommend joining and training on a regular basis or just stopping by for a trial class to see it for yourself.”

“This is a great, friendly class which serves a range of students ranging from beginners looking to improve fitness, to competitive athletes. Sanda is cool variant of kickboxing, which includes throws and a some grappling as well as all the kicks, punches and footwork you could ask for. It's an excellent workout.”
