If for some reason my flight was delayed and I had to collect my cat the next day, they are very understanding and reasonable. The owner, Nicola, is kind and approachable. My cats do well here. “The bubble tea was absolutely fantastic, I had the taro milk tea with tapioca (made fresh, which was pretty cool). Me & my wife then came for dinner. I liked the food, but it's a very exquisite taste which some may not like. I appreciate that the chicken is halal. I had the chicken soup, and my wife had the prawns with rice. Great decor with lots of plants, oriental snacks & a pac-man arcade machine. ❤️”

The store messed around my online order I had placed to be collected from store, they had cancelled it the day I was due to collect and it was for my godsons birthday!!! This kind gentleman managed to locate most of my items and personally packed this up for me. He went above and beyond to rectify a mistake that wasn't his fault. He was also very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I wish I had got his name, this was on Tuesday 09th Jan. Please let this colleague know he was great”

“Iceland has some great deals! There's a 3 for £5 and 5 for £5 which caught my attention. Parking can be hit and miss here, but the shop is easy to get around. There are self service tills and, to my surprise, they sell beer, wines and spirits.”

The owner's dedication to authenticity and customer service is evident, and I was even more impressed when they personally delivered my order to me after I accidentally opt for collection. “I got as far as the door before finding dogs weren't allowed. It appeared to be the first time someone has asked - as the staff stared silently at each other before telepathically deducing that the answer was no. Anyway, my wing man ordered the coffees which were of good quality and supplied in a timely fashion. Sadly, I was only able to get a picture of the inside through the closed door, but it looked nice, cosy and clean inside. Outside seating has been created in an imaginative and optimistic way...which makes it difficult to get a picture of the place without including an industrial bin!”

“Superb service. I had an unexpected last minute trip to Saudi Arabia and wanted to get an Abaya fast. I called at 9pm, got an immediate answer from the very helpful owner. I shared my size and preferences, and was able to pick up two perfect abayas - very good quality, very reasonably priced the next morning, before flying. Brilliant, and very grateful for the flexibility, because I know this wasn't normal service - Thank you!”
