“Called in for a few drinks while in the area. This is a "proper" old school pub which is rare these days! The lady serving was lovely and helped us with some local knowledge of bars in the area. Good pint of Guinness”

“Actually so confused about the bad reviews. I ordered before looking at them - saw the bad reviews as food was en route and had a bit of a panic. The food was hot upon arrival, flavoursome and didnt inflict any sort of food poisoning- and I have a VERY weak stomach when it comes to food related illnesses. Again, flabbergasted at the bad reviews- 10/10 would order again!”

“Perfection!!! Is all I can say! Honestly the best nail salon I’ve been to. Last Tuesday was the first time I had visited The Lounge and I really wasn’t disappointed. From the friendly welcome, to the decor. To the little chats in between my appointment. All staff I interacted with were all super lovely, and my nails came out exactly how I wanted them! This will definitely be my regular. Especially having long natural nails I know my nails will continue to be strong and healthy with their care. My only regret was not taking enough cash with me to leave a tip. !!!! ❤️”

“Great service and food. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Leanne, gave me a choice of tables and made me feel welcome. Then Irving my waiter introduced himself , he was friendly , polite and seemed to enjoy his job, went out of his way to make us feel special. The food was excellent, a really lovely evening with a good atmosphere. Must mention Lili who took our payment at the end , they were all really friendly, efficient I will definitely return.”

Had extensions done a few times before...but never as I had them done here.. The best thing is...it is so local to me..What more could I ask for..Well, one thing is to improve my Polish.!.. As soon as you walk in..the warmth of the salon and of its owners makes you feel so much at home.! it would be so nice if one day..they offer semi permanent make up..for me..personally...eyebrows and eye liner.! That would make it the perfect Salon...well, more perfect than it is.! I am not one for looking at myself in the mirror...but, now I cannot help but to admire my new lashes...As I said..Stunning.!
