“I’ve just had Mobile Pet Vaccination Service Ltd at my home to medicate my 3 small Bichon’s. Rosi and Galina were on time, smart, brought everything needed and the dogs loved them. No shivering anxious waiting in a vet clinic. They were cuddled, vaccinated and went off to play straight after. Highly recommended and they cover a wide area. (I asked as I’m moving from near Harrow out to beyond Wokingham.). They also can prescriptions for regular worming, tick/flea meds and these are now easily dispensed over the internet. I’m very impressed and will be continuing to use their services. (They also advise and carry out travel vaccines for your cats and dogs.)”

“Sadly my poor Dachshund Otis had to have surgery for IVDD. We are so fortunate to live so close to The Pet and Health Therapy in Welling, a ten minute ride away. Geoff has been looking after Otis since he as able to retrieve treatment, Physio and Laser at home, and now just started Hydrotherapy at the centre. Geoff is so knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with complex animal injuries, and it has been an absolute pleasure to see my Otis improving over time. Keep up the great work guys.”

Abdul went above and beyond to make sure my bird was safe, comfortable, and happy throughout the whole time. It gave me complete peace of mind knowing he was in such capable and caring hands. The level of attention, knowledge, and genuine love for birds here is truly exceptional. My parrot came back settled and content, which speaks volumes about the way he was looked after. “Needed a covid-19 test for travel at very short notice. Excellent customer service from staff and Neil who administered the test was supper friendly and explained in detail the whole procedure. Rapid results time. If you are flying soon I would defiantly recommend as its better to have a great and comfortable experience than having a bad. So I would strongly recommend this place if your travelling for the Christmas or in the future.”

“Excellent boarding kennels! We’ve been using Canada Farm for many years for boarding and grooming. The kennels are immaculate and the staff are always friendly and super confident when handling the dogs. I totally recommend them and I wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else.”

“My dog hurt his left back leg jumping off a small wall, My local branch was closed so I was redirected to the Dartford branch, which offers a 24hour service. the vet checked his leg nothing broken so I was given anti inflamatory medicine. I was very happy with the service I received.”

“I was recommended by a friend about this Vets. My pet cat passed and I brought her in to be cremated. I met a lovely lady at the front desk and before I could say anything I bust into tears. The lovely lady who was the vet took me to a room and explained the reason as to why my cat passed. She was so lovely and really listened to what I had to say and really looked after me. “Victory will most certainly be staying here again! The staff were very attentive to her and made sure that she was fed and watered every day, while also ensuring her room was cleaned and she was given the opportunity to stretch her legs. They also picked up on her personality straight away and knew how to handle her. It was her first time at the cattery, and both I and her were very nervous, but the staff there made sure she was safe and sound the whole time. “I found the staff here friendly and polite. I came here with a appointment so I wasn't a walk in. However they treat everyone here equally and keep you updated as the earlier appointments do run over. Card payment is accepted here I wasn't sure about cash tho. Big waiting area so no issues there. Also the car park is free to use for customers only. Plenty of space and also they have disabled bays.”

“The best Pets at Home we’ve been to - have been so helpful during the process of settling in our Chi pup. The staff are so knowledgable and really do go the extra mile, they always remind me to check Pets Club vouchers etc and have even saved me a few times when I almost accidentally bought adult dog food instead of puppy food. I haven’t tried the grooming service however so can’t comment on it.”

“Has most of the items you would need for various pets. I have a ball python and the staff an knowledgeable about them and have the frozen rats i need for food. Staff all seem like genuine pet lovers/animal lovers which goes a long way in these kind of stores. Shoped here for many years for dog/snake/guinea pigs. Always helpfull.”

“Sadly had to have our kitten put to sleep due to a brain disorder meaning he couldn't stand, walk, wasn't eating or drinking and messing on himself. Lady vet we had couldn't have been kinder. Explaining that he probably had more wrong with his brain than we knew of. She treated Archie with kindness and was really patient with us where we were upset. She helped make a really hard moment that much easier”

“First time using Gina's services and I was extremely satisfied. Gina was professional and took excellent care of our little Sami (cat) by visiting once a day for a week for feeds and managing his litter! I felt more at ease knowing Gina was there to support us as it is never nice leaving your pets when you go abroad. When we arrived home Sami was very happy and chatting away to us obviously telling us how well he had been looked after.... lots of kisses and cuddle!!!! I would highly recommend Gina.
