“Happy to make changes like putting some meat separate and some in a pitta which is really useful, when they are flexible about how the food is given to you and they aren't precious about a set menu. Only thing I'd point out to them is to make sure to use a set of tongs to turn the raw chicken skewers over, and once this is cooked on the outside, move to a different part of the grill and finish it off, by using another pair of tongs. You'd avoid any chance of cross contamination this way. Same goes for the pittas and wraps being warmed up - use another clean pair of tongs to avoid customers having second thoughts about their stomachs getting through the night ok..”

“Nice place to read, study or just relax listening some music. Nice, helpful staff. Clean and quiet at the time I was, evening 5-7pm. During the day you can enjoy a coffee or some hot food from the cafeteria (I didn’t use it). Parking on the side of the building.”

“We have taken all of our three Wolfhounds to Beth who all absolutely loved her. She has (and is with our latest - No 3 Dexter) so caring and professional. Even her greeting to us humans is always with a smile. Considering we have had large dogs, this has never been an issue with Beth, on the contrary, she is so relaxed and confident with them. They have all come out looking and smelling lovely. We would recommend Beth 100% - even after moving out of the area, we are more than happy to travel 45 minutes for her expert service. We ate in and also did take away, with the standard of food being the same whether eat in or takeaway. The lady serving us was efficient and kind. Lots of Chinese people eat and take away here.. we are now regulars here…. And are slowly tasting everything on the menu… with the Singapore laksa being our favourite.”

“Hired the function room for a 60th birthday and I’ve gotta say that it was faultless. The food was amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. I highly recommend. They organised the dj for us so we had nothing to sort out apart from decorating the hall how we wanted it. Great job so thank you to all the staff who gave us a night to remember xx”

The food was absolutely delicious, and the tiger prawns and Philly cheesesteak sandwich stood out as highlights. “Searched from Google map then first time try the Chinese restaurant in London, turn out we are so lucky. The food is authentic with great taste, the service team is nice and warm welcoming, the overall environment is bright, clean and cozy. We arrived around 7pm on Friday and the large dinning area were packed so we were invited to eat in the inner separated room, so happy! I will definitely recommend you to have a try the food here!”

“What a wonderful pub. It was fairly quiet when we were there but had a great chat with both the Guvnor and her daughter who have been running this pub for quite some time. The is quite a bit of space to move around in with a bar running parallel to the front of the building. There is outside seating down the side of the pub, but don't forget to say hello to their resident cockatoo as you go out. The Guinness was excellent as was the Courage Best Bitter.”

“We had our big religious celebration there for around 150 people in Colin Peel Hall. The hall was very clean and big. The kitchen was clean and tidy, with oven and fridge. The toilets were clean too. Love their stage and green room. Perfect for having parties and celebrations. Staff was good too.”

The food and the service is always excellent which is driven by the passion of the owner and delivered by his excellent staff. The atmosphere is always jovial and the staff are always willing to give advice on the dishes that they serve. As a person that entertains clients, I rate the Brasserie as one of the best restaurants in our area and probably one of the best in class.”

“Worth the 4 year wait! Had a roast beef dinner here 9/11/25 and it was amazing. Plentiful and tasty, staff as always were very attentive. Walked out of there feeling very full and content! Highly recommend if you fancy a traditional roast! Don’t leave it so long next time! ;-)”
