“In the heart of Croydon, a Sri Lankan restaurant, from the outside it did not suggest anything good, in reality, a really charming, clean and well-kept restaurant. short waiting times. GREAT FOOD really tasty. reasonable prices. Really courteous staff also very friendly manger. bathrooms clean and well maintained. if you are in the area I recommend it. great! Also plates are really nice with sun and moon.”

The food is good and you get an amazing atmosphere at Boxpark. Overall, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend this place.”

“Went here last Thursday as heard they did a good quiz night. Had a burger and a couple of pints of Guinness zero; burger was top notch, proper gourmet stuff and we really enjoyed the quiz, we somehow won! Only downside was that it was a bit quiet, probably helped us win the quiz though. Staff were great, very friendly and welcoming.”

She helped me choose the pork belly ramen - something I’d never tried before - and it was absolutely the right choice: comforting, flavourful, and perfect for the cold weather. Fatima was genuinely warm and personable, and even took a moment to be sweet and engaging with my mom on FaceTime. It was such a small gesture, but it made the whole experience feel really human and memorable. Service like that is exactly why I keep coming back to Wagamama. Fatima is a real credit to the team, and her warmth made the whole visit feel extra special.”

“I went with my cousin on a last minute date night, we had assorted Pepper soup and spicy Pomo for starters and Abula for main, I must say it was absolutely delicious!! The meat was succulent and the vibe was immaculate, staff were friendly and helpful. If you’re in Croydon and want Nigerian meal will definitely recommend. The staff are down to earth, helpful and add a vibrant splash of colour to the place, those they come into contact with love them. “The food and service here is always amazing. The food is so fresh, authentic and reasonably priced. We always get the lamb samosa, dosa, chilli paneer, methi lamb and poori/garlic naan. Our waiter is there is always so attentive and helpful.”

“Wow!! My second time here and I absolutely love the food and the lovely staff. I travelled 40 mins and I am not disappointed at all. Food fresh and cooked properly , we even got a free cake. We spent £30 for 2 large meals with rice , plantain and coleslaw , a large side of fried fish , 2 dumplings and drinks. All this for £30 and cooked perfectly in 2025 ?? You won’t find a better place than here. You definitely need to come here!! We couldn’t even wait to get home we ate in the car right in front of the shop lol.”

“Little Taiwan with its vibrancy and sense of welcoming soft and peaceful atmosphere in the middle of modern glass and concrete environment. I highly recommend its place for its character, service and of course food! We have ordered all vegetarian dishes and were well fed with beautifully served on a plate very tasty, authentic food! My son and myself have had an impression that we have been lucky to be a guest at some Taiwanese family home and were pampered with a well cooked home food! I promise you, you will not regret a minute when you decided to give BaoBao place a try! If you will order from them a delivery, you will get it all beautifully packed and a smiling cat will definitely cheer you up!”

“Visited a couple of times since restrictions were lifted. Very professional service with staff attending tables to take orders regularly. Definitely London pricing, cocktails will set you back £9.50+ a pop but they are delicious and pack a punch. And the food!!!...I had the hake, partner had the bone marrow burger - I have not had food that good since the Michelin starred Albert's Table closed down. Outstanding! You do need to book in advance and you only get 2 hrs per booking per day. Not all tables have heaters but vast majority do and 90% of tables are covered. On our 2nd visit the heater above our table wasn't working which was a shame because we would have stayed longer if it had been. A must visit for cocktail lovers and foodies alike.”

“Our local pub. We are not regulars but came here quite a few times with our baby son and with friends. Beer is always great, staff is lovely. Haven’t had a chance to try to food yet but will do soon. It’s dog friendly too (it has two beer gardens). We do grief the vivid blue colour. It was such a nice vibe. The white is quite ordinary.”

Lots of parasols for cover. Super friendly manager who was very accommodating, checking everything was good for us and letting us know about a BBQ the following day.”

I highly recommend the Jade Dragon Special Crispy Noodles, which has an assortment of vegetables and several meats and a house special sauce completes the dish, a complete meal in itself for under £7. The prawn crackers are fresh and flavourful, and they've been very kind and helpful when I was convalescing and needed dishes tailored. Always delivered cheerfully, no matter the weather (thank you!).”

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us including setting up table tennis! The DJ mixed in our favourite requests and kept us dancing through the night.
