“Ive now used this shop twice and he does not fail! I took an iPhone 11 to the Apple store who initially quoted £69 to replace the battery, after they opened it they quoted me £370 as they claimed it had water damage! I took it to I.Q who quoted me £45 and he did not mention any water damage, it took 30 minutes and the phone works fine, I highly recommend him!”

Perfect reasonable prices and they not only sell mobile phones, they also sell, accessories, suitcases, backpacks, party balloons, chargers, speakers. They repair all mobile phones, laptops and tablets. Make sure you visit them!”

“Searched for alternative retailers to change my battery as usually take my watch to Goldsmiths. The watch is a divers Breitling so needs to be sealed with special equipment. Raymond was professional, friendly and obviously knowledgeable. He talked me through their process and a colleague of his (John) sealed the watch and changed the battery. Had it back quicker than Goldsmiths and will certainly use Raymond again. A true gent and top service which really is lacking nowadays. Actually sent my daughter to Raymond to change her watch battery later that afternoon. 5 star, cheers Raymond.”

“Where do I begin? Out of 3 local cafes in my area the E9 cafe has given me the opportunity to actually write a positive review about. Now don't get me wrong, the other two cafes were 'okay' but that's not what I'm looking for in morning food hunt with the misses. The portion size was great, the E9 special English breakfast was not at all expensive and not burned. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, brang the tea and coffee right away and even the food waiting time was very minimal. Whatever you do wherever you go E9 cafe is the place to be!”

“I had my father's old signet ring repaired here (after he drove over it with his car 20+ years ago). I went into to ask if there was any possibility of it being repaired, given the poor state it was in. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they could. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and welcoming. The repair took just over a week to complete (the jeweller was on holiday and he was required due to the repair worked needed); the price was very reasonable and then resized and totally cleaned the signet ring as well. I would thoroughly recommend and will be returning for my jewellery needs.”
