“Always happy with the service at Yuzu! Been going for a number of months now, and staff are always friendly and attentive. Love the way Jasmine cuts my hair and reflects every detail I asked for. I recently started doing colour balayage really happy with how it came out (after it was messed up previously by other salons). I thought I wanted more red but the staff recommended a browner shade based off the picture I showed and it came out exactly how I wanted! Salon is always clean and beautifully decorated. 100% recommended!”

“Ariel did an excellent job with my hair. I suffer from psoriasis of the scalp and so require use of a coal tar shampoo. I brought my own and she so kindly used it to treat my scalp & wash my hair. She then did a deep conditioning treatment which three days later I can attest to its strengthening my hair. She trimmed my split ends and styled my hair beautifully. She truly knows how to take care of all kinds of hair. She is also kind . Great experience all around.”

“I had BIAB done 2 weeks ago elsewhere in Lewisham and came here to get it redone as it was a last minute I needed doing as it had grown out quickly and my usual place was booked up- Really pleased with the result - Neelam (sorry if spelling is wrong!) did a BIAB refill- she matched the colour almost perfectly and did a great job of my nails :) She said it was her first time doing BIAB- and you can’t tell because they were done expertly and beautifully :) she paid great attention to detail. “I’ve been coming to Li’s for a couple of months now since moving from California and it’s hands-down the best salon I’ve been to, including the one I was going to in San Francisco. I rock climb, so my nails and cuticles are forever a struggle bus and they do a wonderful job making them look fresh and hydrated. They are super fast and kind, and I’m always leaving totally obsessed with my nails. I honestly don’t think there is anything that they’re not capable of doing from a design standpoint. “I came to Luv Natural on a recommendation by a friend after 7 years of always going to the same person. While they’re definitely at the expensive end, on par with more well known names like Morris Roots, I found the price to be worth it. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out, which was predominantly repairs. Staff were friendly, accommodating and understanding. I do wish it was cheaper, but for the fantastic job they did, and the confidence they have given back to me by fixing my lox, I think it was worth it and I am very grateful for their attention to detail; it didn’t feel like they were just locticians, they made me feel as though they cared about my hair and my journey. I’ve heard lots of good things about them, and they did not let me down. Also, I don’t know what shampoo they use, but I need it in my life, my hair has never felt so soft!!!”

“LOVE this place! Always get my acrylic nails done with infills when I need them here. I like them natural and they are spot on. Gel Polish with accuracy and so close to the cuticle helps them last longer. AND as an added bonus they are fantastic with any nail designs you might conjure from imagination, or inspo from IG or the likes. Not to mention their pedicures are a wonderful treat for myself once in a while. I would book in advance as they are often full but will try to accommodate walk-ins if they can.”

“I bought some products as I wanted to improve the condition of my hair and also wanted to use more natural henna dye. I had previously used henna from Amazon but my hair just turned orange! Alex took the time to ask many questions about my hair and scalp to tailor the best products for my needs. The henna this time has given me a much more natural colour which I love. I haven’t used all products yet but my favourite is the hair mask. It was quite expensive but the results have been fantastic, reduced frizz and really nourished the condition of the hair. I really recommend the salon. I should note that all consultations were remote as I am based in Belfast but next time I am in london I will visit in person as the service and quality of products have been fantastic”

“Although my stylist seemed a bit nervous, I've got a lovely cut that washes well and is easy to maintain. It's a novelty to find a stylist who doesn't get scissor happy and sticks to the brief. Hair products used seem very good quality. Good coffee too. Very friendly staff, many speak Italian, which adds to the atmosphere.”

They then walked me through the process of getting shellac (I've never had it before) and the experience was very relaxing. Great massage chairs and they were both so attentive.
