She was amazing telling me which colour and placement would look good for my hair and she’s so sweet and friendly and done a lovely cut. That’s what made me go back again. I gave him a look I wanted he told me what would be best for my hair type and we went from there. Apart from being extremely knowledgeable about hair and telling me how to style it when I get home. He is also so sweet and funny! I dreaded having to deal with my hair as it’s up most of the time for work. But he’s shaped it and gave it some life! “Absolutely perfect! We hired Once Upon a Wish for our daughter’s 4th birthday and it was the best decision. Cinderella was so impressively like the actual Cinderella - the hair, makeup, costumes are the best I’ve seen! And she was so wonderful with the kids, they all loved her. I arrived at their doorstep with the need for a brides bouquet, matching boutonnieres for the groom and his mother and an additional set of boutonnieres for the witnesses for a 25th anniversary marriage renewal ceremony that I have been asked to officiate. Not only were they able to gently guide me in what might work best in this type of situation, they were also able to deliver in about three hours time! We are always welcomed with open arms and the team bend over backwards to accommodate us. I must shout out the whole team… they’re all amazing… however, Becks has served us since we first started coming here, since moving in locally, before Jason the Head Chef joined, she was the main reason for our return. Jason joined, the food has been out of this world… I would recommend the roasts - they’re delicious! The beef is served pink and the vegetables are cooked perfectly and well seasoned. It’s always a pleasure coming to visit The Black Horse and we cannot recommend it enough. Final shout out to Becks, Jason… our favourites… and of course Harry, Layla, Ben, Jess, Jack and Ollie. ❤️❤️❤️”

“A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.”

“I was there yesterday at a lunch party for my uncle and Aunt’s Diamond Wedding Anniversary. The food and the service was really wonderful and a credit to the Haven. The food was beautifully presented and served hot. The room was elegantly decorated for 25 guests seated at a long table. Nothing was too much for the staff, I was so impressed. With everything thank you so much for making it such a special day.”
