“Bought 6 ember tetras here about a month ago. Despite it being nearly closing time, the staff were ever so helpful and friendly. They also showed genuine care for the fishes - they ensured that I had a fully matured fish tank of reasonable size and setting. They also gave me recommendations on where I could get good Indian Almond Leaves to manage the pH. I also saw them reject an inexperienced customer who wanted to keep fishes in a fish bowl (the fish will likely suffer), and for that, I highly respect them. The ember tetras are doing well - sorry for the algae-stained glass in the very bad picture!”

“My wife and I have been very happy since our little boy joined Pippas House in Guidlford since he was 1 year old. The nursery have really met our expectations. We have seen how well they are taking care of our boy, the good quality meals they provide, the development games and general activities. “PPA is by far one of the best Performing Arts colleges, for both Musical Theatre and Acting!! I am very proud to say that I am a student here. I completed my Foundation course in June this year and I am embarking upon my 3 year BA(Hons) in Musical Theatre course from next month. I decided to stay at PPA to continue my training as it's a very supportive, family-orientated college who cater to your every need! ALL the staff are friendly and welcoming who push you and challenge you to reach your full potential and give you endless advice on how to fully develop your skills in all 3 disciplines. All of the teaching staff are either current or ex-industry professionals, which gives us a true insight into what the industry currently is/what it was and what we will expect once we've graduated. Louise and Costa (the principal and vice principal) are so organised with ensuring we have everything we possibly need to ensuring we have the best training we can get and we are all so thankful for that! The amount of extra hours they put in amazes me! They honestly care for us all so so much and it's so lovely to know they will go above and beyond to ensure we get the most out of our training! ALL the staff know each and every single students name, which is very nice as they get to know you on a personal level and you feel like you're wanted, most of the other drama schools forget this is a HUGE part to a students development, feeling welcomed! So, I love that PPA makes a big deal out of getting to know everyone, so that no one feels left out or alone. I am eternally grateful for the training I've received at PPA up to now, and I am so looking forward to the next 3 years! All I'm saying is that if you are thinking of auditioning here, then DO IT!! You'll have the best 3 or maybe even 4 years of your life! #PLACETOBE.”

“Visited the Runnymede hospital mainly for physio. My allocated physiotherapist was Joseph who has been amazing. He really listened to me throughout my visits and adjusted my exercises to match my many varied needs. He’s clearly very knowledgeable, in addition to exercises he also told my about shockwave therapy which is a noninvasive therapy (much better than blanket steroid injections typically offered by other therapists for pain management) and promotes actual healing. If I ever needed physiotherapy again I wouldn’t hesitate to book an appointment with Joseph. Thank you so much for everything!”

“Wow, wow, wow! I recently had the pleasure of boarding my Otterhound, Otti, at Weyfarm Boarding Kennels, Ottershaw, Chertsey, and I can’t express how thrilled I am with the experience! Initially, I was quite anxious about leaving him for two weeks, especially since I usually entrust his care to his original breeder. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find a new place, but my worries quickly vanished once I found this gem. From the outset, the booking process was seamless. I appreciated being able to upload Otti's medical information and confirm his kennel cough vaccination, which made me feel more secure about his stay. I was genuinely nervous about leaving him without any prior trial run, but my concerns were unfounded. Upon arrival, I was impressed by how secure and well-managed the facility is. The staff were professional and willing to answer any questions I had, putting my mind at ease. Dropping Otti off was a breeze, and the entire process was remarkably smooth. Today, when I picked him up, I was greeted warmly and the check-out process was just as easy as check-in. To my delight, Otti was back in my arms within minutes! It was clear to me that he’d been well cared for and treated amazingly during his stay. “I believe that every experience is personal. We live in London and our son is a second-year student at Surrey University. Today, we found out that he went to A&E because he wasn't feeling well. The outcome is a severe infection, suspected meningitis. We, worried parents, drove to Guildford as soon as we found out that he was in hospital. At the moment, he is in hospital, and from his arrival at A&E to admission, the staff were terrific—very professional and caring. We could not thank them enough. When we arrived to see our child, the staff was invaluable and informative. From our previous experiences in London hospital wards over the years, it felt like VIP treatment. Absolutely outstanding staff! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for saving our son's life.”
