The vet was absolutely incredible, did not rush us, listened to the full history and took the best course of action to treat our dog which was cost efficient. Regarding management, as I’ve happened to be in the clinic and overheard something which should have been rather private addressed to the vet, I would advise more courtesy and consideration. Regarding receptionist, overall good service but had to remind of the email I sent asking for support and guidance as unfortunately we’re going through a difficult time. “Car park is usually full but as people are coming and leaving it is worth just to drive up to have a look. I have never waited for the procedure/scan as the staff is very professional and try their best to serve all customers (patients) on time. If you feel nervous about anything (depends what kind of scan you need) just talk to the staff - they are very friendly and willing to answer any question. If you have any concern just tell them as they simply do listen and take all your concern seriously. I would prefer I had never needed their service but here we are, I had quite few scans already and I probably will but I must say the staff here make the experience much more pleasant - I always felt I was in good hands.”

“Visited the Runnymede hospital mainly for physio. My allocated physiotherapist was Joseph who has been amazing. He really listened to me throughout my visits and adjusted my exercises to match my many varied needs. He’s clearly very knowledgeable, in addition to exercises he also told my about shockwave therapy which is a noninvasive therapy (much better than blanket steroid injections typically offered by other therapists for pain management) and promotes actual healing.
