And as a guy having a laser might not seem publicly acceptable, it would be the best decision you will ever make make especially here where I have started to see results from 1 session and also the cold air machine game changer the pain is almost non existent overall great stuff Faith and Millie, amazing machinery.”

“I started new at this practice 3 months ago and I found the practice to be very professional and availability of appointments was good. Dr Rita and her dental nurse Nadia were very warm and welcoming. Dr Rita was very focused on prevention she took X-rays to check for cavities (thankfully none) and she took time to give me lots of dental hygiene top tips and showed me how to use the interdental tools to follow to get my gum issue under control and ensured I had the right product recommendations and where to buy them. She has been a game changer to my dental routine and dental health.”

“I recently attended for wisdom teeth extraction with Rita Mirchandani and her dental nurse. I am anxious about the dentist and was fearful of this appointment due to a previous bad experience with tooth extraction. Rita and the nurse were really supportive, I found it helpful that i was given lots of psychoeducation about the procedure. They allowed me to listen to my music throughout the procedure which i found helpful. The extraction didn't take long and i haven't had any complications, which has been a relief. I also found the education about dental hygiene and brush technique really helpful.”

I’ve just had ACL surgery here and was quite apprehensive before as this was my first operation, however each and everyone of the staff members from the physios to the nurses, the surgeon, anesthesiologist, reception, overnight staff etc were all amazing. The food was great, the call button service was instant, and the nurses always looked genuinely happy and willing to care for my every need. Even after leaving the care continues from extensive and tailored information on how to recover in the most optimal way. I’d highly recommend this establishment.”

“I have p@h bear me but I pop into this one sometimes if im passing. Staff are lovely and helpful, its clean and tidy. They offer to help carry heavy items to the car. The little pets in store are well cared for and their environment is always spotless with clean bedding and lits of food and water”

“The staff here are so kind and patient and the quality of care for my cat has been very high. The reception staff always take time to explain things through to me. The wait on arrival for appointments is very low so my cat spends minimal time in the carrier.”

“Yesterday 14/08/2025 we used vets for pets to have our dog roman put to sleep with it being such a hard decision to make it was such a sense of relief that all the lovely team were so lovely especially the vet jai he looked after us and made us feel at ease with what was happening his care and compassion towards us and our dog roman. Not only did we get a great mortgage, and was kept up to date with new percentage rates, giving us the best deal, after some frustrations with Solicitors towards the end of the process, Lavinia and John even helped us when things were not their issues to deal with. They were a phone call away, providing guidance and advice, explaining things so clearly it was easy to understand. Even figuring out one of the solicitors major mistakes on completion day!
