Every treatment has resulted in a positive outcome. She is very insightful and manages to pinpoint the issue every time even when it may not be obvious. And the needles don’t hurt at all (for anyone who is anxious about this).”

“I have tried several treatments at Wellness Therapy Centre: Acupuncture with Sarah Joseph - this was my first time trying acupuncture; it was an amazing experience and I loved it. I've heard the term 'holistic treatment' before and after my session with Sarah I think I I finally understand what it means. The pre-treatment session was really thorough and I felt like I got a therapy session for free! The acupuncture itself was fantastic. It was very calming and relaxing and after my session I felt lighter like a weight had been lifted. Chiropody with Michaela - my feet had a lot of hard skin and I had pretty much given up on them ever looking nice. She did such a fantastic job of removing the hard skin and pampering my feet that after the treatment my socks felt softer! She also gave me good tips on how to take care of them and now several months later my feet still feel better than they did before the treatment. Reflexology with Gillian - I really enjoyed this treatment too. it was amazing how much Gillian picked up about the rest of my body from working on my feet. I'd swear I could feel toxins leave my body afterwards. I find all the staff at this centre to be really friendly, professional and helpful and I look forward to booking more sessions in the future.”

“Great staff, l remember when my baby got his BCG , it was a cold and rainy day but it ended up being a good day for my baby and l , the place was conducive for breastfeeding and relaxing and the staff were all so nice ,my baby was still a newborn and l was exhausted but that day my energy was boosted and made me more confident of going out and wanting to attend more class.”

“The Volvo team at Croydon has been absolutely amazing—especially Hannah, who is truly an asset to the company. I booked my Volvo XC90 in for a full service and a health check. The car passed the health check, apart from an issue with the ERAD system, which I understand is a common problem. I’m hopeful that Volvo will assist with the cost of this repair. The pricing was reasonable overall. My vehicle also had a recall related to the battery, and unfortunately, it failed. Hannah promptly informed me that the battery would be replaced under the recall scheme at no cost, which was a relief. Since I rely on the car for school drop-offs and daily commuting, Hannah kindly arranged a courtesy car for me. Another impressive touch was the video link they sent, showing a detailed inspection of my car and outlining any necessary work—very professional. I will definitely continue servicing my car at this location. The team is honest, straightforward, and never pushy—just genuine people providing great service. I’m happy to recommend them. “Dr. Khalid is the only dentist I've been seeing in the last year and a half. My teeth have seen too many breaks and fillings in the past couple of years, which I've only had temporary work done by private dentists to fix! She is upfront about costs and I knew she truly cared about the state of my teeth when she took her time to ensure the filling on my broken tooth was done properly and carefully. As expensive as the dentistry has been, I feel assured that she only gives me the best options that will only end in taking good care of my teeth! Thank you Dr. Khalid :)”

“I think the classes are really good. All the coaches are very professional and very dynamic. I absolutely love the spin classes. I have been to many other providers in London and these spin classes are the best in my opinion. I like that the atmosphere is so supportive between members too, it just feels good to be in those classes. Maybe the gym area is a bit small, I do not use the changing rooms as I live nearby. I am yet to go to the swimming pool.”
