“I have been given refund by British Gas because I topped up the wrong electric key/card. I got the refund in form of RTI code. Nobody in any PAYZONE or super Payzone knew what an RTI code was. Some said oh we don't do refunds and other claimed upgrades. But the man behind the counter in Lotus knew. It is essential that Payzones be staffed by people who know how to top up using RTI.”

In Year Four we had gone to the Science Museum, you visit to Pastor Billie's Church. In Year Five you create dough and learn about changes in your body.
