Medina has a large selection of pantry products, sauces, spices, fresh produce, drinks, and snacks to suit different tastes. Their meat and chicken are always fresh, reasonably priced, and displayed. The butchers are accommodating when asked for a special cut. I no longer live locally, but I travel to do my monthly big shop of Asian products and halal meat. No other butchers have equalled quality and service.”

“We were recommended to them by friends. Really pleasantly surprised. Friendly lady took our order and it was correct. Food was still hot when got it home twenty mins later. We will probably get delivery next time. The food was delicious and this is why...in our opinion...it was not sitting in lots of sauces (each dish) it was not soggy. It was not full of monosodium glutamate. So, food tasted good and we were thirsty all night! Noodles, beansprouts and meat was crispier and not covered in sauces. Food was good portion sizes and under £20 for four dishes. Finally, premises looked clean and they are rated well for cleanliness.”

“I think this pharmacy is fantastic. Much better than my old one, Lloyds in sainsbury's. Usually, repeat prescriptions are ordered from GP and dispensed all on the same day, maybe next day. If you take a prescription in, they dispense within a couple of mins (assuming there is stock). The pharmacists are extremely helpful. I can't rate them highly enough.”

The aisles are free from clutter unlike other competitors in local stores (whilst unsightly, is a danger when having mobility issues) Staff are approachable and helpful. “I've just returned from Kingswood Tesco Express and as always the staff were friendly, helpful and very pleasant. Today I was served by Aneesa. Meanwhile another member of staff was helping a delivery driver to park safely and smoothly while yet another staff member was stacking shelves. The staff work so well as a team and there is such a pleasant atmosphere in the shop even during busy times. The staff are patient even when some customers are fretful and stressed. It's such a blessing for customers to have extensive opening hours and a good range of stock. Recently another self service machine has been installed. It's also a real bonus having a Post Office within the store. Thank you to all the staff in Kingswood Tesco. You make your customers shopping experience a pleasant one.”
