“I went to see Alexandra today to have a reflexology massage, my eyebrows plucked then had a microdermabrasion facial combined with pressotherapy. It was such a lovely experience to be pampered in this way and just be able to switch off from the chaotic everyday world. It was a very warm, cosy experience - Alexandra really made sure I was well taken care of in every way. Her attention to detail with each of the treatments was amazing. After listening to my problem, she asked me some lifestyle questions to get an idea of what may be making my issue worse that might not have been thought of before. She then explained that she focuses not only on treating the issue, but trying to ensure it doesn't happen again. She made connections between my issue and general things I do that might be exacerbating the problem, that I had considered. On top of treatment during our session and exercises to complete at home, she also suggested some small changes that would prevent the issue returning. After following her advice, I was greatly improved by our next session. I also found Katy to be easy to talk to, as she made the environment as comfortable as possible for me. I suggested Vets at home as I used to take my dog to my local store. As soon as she was on the table & after a little explaining of her symptoms, she was diagnosed, recieved an injection, medication given & suggestions of other products & ideas of things we could try to help her. My Father was so happy & said he felt so at ease as soon as he walked in. We just had a feeling she was going to get the care we have waited months & months to get elsewhere. Thank you Vets at home!
