“We had to make an emergency appointment after one of our dogs trod on a hornet. It was immediately clear he had a nasty reaction. We were so thankful that we were fitted in to see Sam. She was so good with our nervous rescue dog. He was clearly distressed and in pain, but Sam's gentle and patient approach allowed her to examine him comprehensively. She gave clear guidance about the treatment plan, and we were clear about what to keep under observation over the next few days. Our dog recovered, during the timescale Sam predicted.”

“I have been going to John Loftus for osteo treatments for years, thankfully now only for "maintenance" to keep me aligned and a treat! I was originally recommended to him as I had suspected arthritis in my hip and couldn't weight bear on my left leg. I can't pretend the first couple of visits were completely comfortable due to the necessary massage of various muscles (no nasty manuipulation or cracking), but what a difference - John "cured" my arthritis (I know, you can't actually cure arthritis) and I haven't had a problem with that hip since. John is so knowledgeable, gentle, professional and reassuring, explaining everything, I have recommended him to all my family and friends.”

My mum suggested Brogans as she used to take my brother there when he was a kid and so we made an impromptu visit down to brogans today. To my shock and surprise, Debbie was able to keep my son calm and smiling throughout the hair cut and he didn’t cry one bit! Debbie was so calm and flexible, was trying to make the hair cut into a fun experience for him and the best part was that my son could watch the buses go past outside and Debbie was able to get on with the hair cut with him distracted. She not only was able to distract him but also the hair cut was of high standard and let’s be honest, it’s hard to get a 2 year old to sit still so I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect. But I’ll be honest, it was perfect and she understood his hair type and what style would suit him best from the get go.This is definitely going to be my go-to place for his haircuts now and I’m so thankful it’s no longer going to be such a traumatic experience for us all!”
