Davinder assessed and started me off with accupunture follwed by movement and recovery exercises. I learnt a lot from him as I was having symptoms as my body was reacting to stress. Davinder helped me psychologically and his many years of experience was a great contribution”

    “I contacted this pharmacy via telephone to inquire if they had a particular brand of eye drops in stock. The eye drops in question were in short supply due to an apparent nationwide shortage & were not even in stock at the Western Eye Hospital. I set about calling various pharmacies to inquire as to whether they had the eye drops in stock or could indeed order them for guaranteed delivery the next day. When I telephoned Northolt Pharmacy w/my request, I was asked to hold. After a considerable amount of time, I telephoned again from another phone, whilst keeping the first line live on hold. I started as caller #5. When I was in the pole position, I again waited for an inordinate amount of time fast approaching the hour mark. When my call was finally answered, I was disappointed when told they didn’t have the eye drops in stock. I voiced my angst at being kept on hold for the best part of an hour on two separate phones. Shortly thereafter I received a telephone call from Alpin. He had been informed about my disappointment after having held for so long. He advised me he would do his utmost to source the eyedrops for me, even though it was clearly in short supply. He actively telephoned various distributors to check their stock/confirm it could be delivered the next day. After finally securing an order, he advised he would telephone me the next day upon receipt the eyedrops. True to form he telephoned me the next day to advise the eyedrops were ready for collection. I was delighted, Alpine had made a concerted effort, going above & beyond his remit to locate the eyedrops. When I arrived at the pharmacy I was surprised to see just how busy the practice was. It put into perspective the reason for the long telephone hold times & just how much of a Trojan effort Alpin had put in on my behalf. Thank you Alpin & thank you Northolt Pharmacy for going that extra mile.”

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire Summer Club Team for the outstanding care, professionalism, and warmth they have shown throughout the programme. My daughter, Zara Tokhee, attends the club, and as a very shy child, I was initially quite anxious about how she would adapt to the environment. From day one, however, my concerns were quickly eased. Every single member of the team demonstrated genuine kindness, patience, and attentiveness, creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all the children. One particular gentleman who manages the attendance stands out – he is incredibly friendly, respectful, and approachable. His warm greeting each morning helped Zara feel comfortable and gave me reassurance as a parent.     “26.03.25 London I have just visited my local GP. And I must say it was the best experience I had in a long time. I had a test done and usually it takes some time to do it but the nurse was quick and professional. I had another appointment with another nurse tge same day for different test and the doctor find time to come and see me for a minute ( no appointment) just to confirm what will happen next. I can see the effort the nurses and GP is putting into patients comfort and safety. Thank you very much I really appreciate your help and kindness.”
