“Had an amazing dinner at Roz Ana! Someone had recommended this place to us previously, so we decided to head there when the craving for Indian food hit, and it far exceeded our expectations. It was our first time trying momos, and we were thoroughly impressed by how well the spices blended together. The skin of the momos had a lovely texture — it wasn’t too tough or doughy — and the dipping sauce complemented them perfectly. The other dishes we ordered were equally good and flavourful. I particularly enjoyed the chicken tikka Laphroaig masala (hope I got the spelling right), which paired beautifully with the naans. The fried fish (amritsari macchi) was another highlight, with its crisp, tasty batter. The fish was fresh, with none of the taste or smell of overused oil that you sometimes encounter elsewhere. Overall, it was a wonderful meal and experience at Roz Ana. I’ll definitely be returning!”

“We went there to see "as December falls". I will be honest, I'm in my late 40's and went mainly to support my youngest (20). I can honestly say I really enjoyed myself, it had the vibe of a rock/metal gig venue from 25-30 years ago, everyone looking out for each other, but with a modern twist, a new generation following the old school values of doing their best to just love the music and doing all the can to help others enjoy it too. The other thing that struck me is the price of drinks, here in Surrey we are sadly used to being hammered by drink prices, and I fully expected the drinks to be on the he pricey side, especially as we were a captive audience, that had choice but pay the prices they charged. The date was the 15/08/2025 and 2 single vodkas with cranberry came to £11 (something). I have paid a lot more in places I have enjoy far less in the area. Finally, without going into detail, we had some additional needs, we needed a chair for the gig part, and honestly it was no trouble, we told one person at the bar, I didn't catch his name, but but the time we got into the gig part, all the staff knew, and were descreetly on hand if needed Thanks to all the staff at the fighting cocks, those at banquet records who ran the music part, and to As December Falls for a brilliant albeit hot and sticky night”

“The Norbiton in (funnily enough) Norbiton, east of Kingston. A lovely, shabby chic, corner pub with high ceilings and a very open family feel to it. A large dining area and a huge patio garden at the back of the house. Lovely staff with a good sense of humour. They are fast, efficient and friendly. A super, different place to visit, enjoy a drink and some simple pizza oriented dining. A most enjoyable visit, highly recommended.”

“We originally booked for one night but we were so impressed with the hotel we changed our plans and stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were furnished to an exceptionally high standard, the bed felt luxurious, the shower powerful and the staff were brilliant. The breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect for walking the Thames path or just visiting nearby sites. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.”

I have had the burgers before, and they are delicious, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cocktails too. The vibe and atmosphere was great too! Not just a good burger joint;)”

“A lovely little gem in Hampton Wick! The staff at Pomegranate are super friendly and welcoming, and the food is fantastic. The pasta is delicious, the bacon baguettes are the best! The perfect quiet local spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. Highly recommend!”

“Like walking back into the 1970s. But in a good way. Had a couple of pints here with mates last night. The beer selection was a bit bizarre, with lots of porters and stout, but I was quite happy with a pale from Exeter Brewery. The team are super friendly and having left a bag behind, I was amazed when someone not only picked up the phone at 1045, but said they'd found it. The decor is like something from Minder in the early 80s. Terrible lighting in parts but there are areas that are more dimly illuminated. Probably a good thing! There's also a pool table and a couple of darts boards which is awesome. The audio system also sounds like it's on its last legs but I'm sure it's had a good innings! Anyway, who needs music. They had Morris dancers performing in the garden to last night. Definitely pay this place a visit!”

Service is as amazing, can’t remember the name of the waitress but she was professional, helpful and offered suggestions. I've always loved that slightly rugged, "dodgy" feel of the location; it gives the pub a charming authenticity that you just don't find everywhere else. ​We were meeting up with friends, and the entire evening just flew by. It's testament to the company and the cozy atmosphere inside that, despite being right next to the water, I barely had a chance to look out at the river! We settled in quickly, enjoying the convivial mood and some much-needed catch-up time. ​The experience was fantastic across the board. The food we ordered was genuinely lovely, perfect pub fare done really well and the drinks flowed easily. What truly elevated the visit, though, was the service. The staff were consistently pleasant, attentive, and made us feel genuinely looked after without being intrusive. ​For anyone looking for a friendly, character-filled spot near the Thames to catch up with friends, enjoy great food, and receive wonderful service, I highly recommend this spot. “Nice restaurant although was very noisy from upstairs when I was there. The food was nice but I have written to the Pizza Express head office about the size of the pizzas for vegans with a gluten free base, they are soooo much smaller is it actually discriminating again vegans, they should be the same size or offer 2 sizes. The difference is ridiculous. I know this is nothing to do with Pizza Express Kingston, it is a problem in every resturant and its not fair. I applaud them for catering for vegans and gluten intolerant people but they need to go the extra step to be perfect. The service was great and the resturant was nice so I do recommend it.”
