“Water suddenly started pouring out from below the upstairs wc cistern, and within minutes the kitchen was flooded. I couldn’t shut off the water because the stop tap had seized. Dave arrived within ten minutes, identified the problem as a split flexible hose, managed to shut off the water and returned first thing next morning to fit a new hose and new stop tap. A 100% fantastic service.”

“My washer stopped spinning properly. Craig fixed my problem over the phone with the first question he asked.... "What is in it? “ It cost him his call-out fee but gained him much appreciation and respect, as well as a future customer if I ever truly need his services. This guy is a gem of a find; a bit of integrity goes a long way these days. And btw, the answer was, "a bathmat". So don't be trying to spin your bathmats folks! (And yes, I know the drum needs to be balanced, but I've done it many times before and it has been fine. Definitely won't be doing it again though.) Thanks Craig!”

My oven door glass was very, very bad and after Lloyd had worked on it, it now looks brand new. Brian was round same morning. He knew straight away what the issue was- had all the parts needed, fixed and tested, as a bonus he also managed to change the broken oven light bulb which had always refused to come all the times I have tried. “Called in a month ago and asked about washing machines. I didn't need a fancy one, no bells and whistles with a million programs so got the cheapest one in the shop. Very reasonable price and delivered free due to the short distance from the shop and even removed my old washer at a lower price than what every other outlet wanted for removal (£20-30). Washer works fine, it's moden and even has a few flashing lights, great friendly customer service and competitive prices, couldn't fault them one bit.”
