“I was unfortunate to suffer a puncture on a very busy M60 earlier today. My breakdown company subcontracted the rescue to this local company. Within 5 minutes Manchester Breakdown Services had made direct contact me and provided a timeline of what to expect. Nathan arrived exactly as promised in just 15 minutes! Nathan was reassuring, friendly and polite, but most of all had mine and his own safety at the forefront of his mind. He efficiently changed my tyre in no time at all and after some very useful advice, I was back on my way! Incredible service from this local company and a huge thanks to Nathan today!”

“Never had any issues with United Auto Parts, very educated and highly recommend, neighbors of mine who are always willing to help. A humble reply to Abdi Jama below, he asked for a guarantee on a bulb he fitted 15 days ago, not 7 or 14, but 15 days ago, nobody gives "guarantees" on bulbs once fitted with out diagnostics reports from the manufacturer on a bulb, it worked for 15 days then went out. He most likely fitted it incorrectly (never touch the glass on any halogen or xenon bulb) in addition to this, he is a taxi driver, who's bulbs would be used excessively and they don't exactly drive the most carefully. Potholes, bumps, braking and stopping excessively can easily make a filament in a bulb dislodge thus blowing the bulb. Questioning things like warranty ad guarantee without knowing the difference? The receipt simply says - one h11 bulb, no mention of anything else. Very rude customer, just makes demands without wanting to understand and listen.”

This is excellent for those who need new parts fitting but have neither the time, tools or inclination to do this themselves. Not crazy prices for the labour either. “Had an issue with ‘defeating’ an airbag light (with additional seatbelt warning) on a relatively new Citroen Relay van converted into Campervan with changed seats. Been let down twice with people who could say they could sort it ‘no problem’. David came out twice to sort quickly, and then was tenacious in working through the issues (looking up info and working out what was needed) with newer vans (not just a case of putting in a resistor) with changed seats. “Very happy with the service. First time I used the garage which was recommended to me and the diagnosed the problem and carried out the work straight away. Exhaust bracket had broken and needed welding. Also honest about another issue where a previous garage had put cheap brake pads on which is why they are now squealing. Advised the brakes are still OK not worth replacing them yet and it will stop. Think they might have cleaned them as stopped squealing once I left. Excellent service will be using them again for future work and getting my MOT done there in future”
