“I came to Cedric's following a AA call out were they advised me I needed a new pulley. I was shown in advance what parts I needed, confirmed the price of parts and labour in advance and then shown the old pulley and belt after the job. My car sounds much quieter. Great communication and opening times for full time workers. Will definitely be back when it is time for my MOT and service. As a female I did not feel intimidated by not having a clue about cars. Although I won't dock a star for it, once issues were identified such as faulty wipers, a courtesy call should have been placed to check that I agreed to the required new components etc. I guess you're obliged to anyway otherwise it would fail MOT, but courtesy call would have been nice”
