“I am so glad this store opened in Media City. It was badly needed. I come in here nearly every day for groceries. I’m never disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially if I get stuck with the self service tills. There is a wide range of goods available, certainly enough to keep you going if you live in Media City. I would recommend getting the Co-Op App and becoming a member. It only costs £1 and you get lots of savings on your shopping. All you need to do is scan your bar code when you pay and you’ll see the savings. The store is situated near several apartment buildings and there is a car park and two hotels next to it. There are also many bars and restaurants nearby too so it’s a handy stop after an evening out. There are often price reductions in the evenings too if you’re looking for a bargain. “I went to the Pharmacy to get my partners prescription. Annie - The lady who assisted me is a credit to the store. Nothing was too much trouble. She went above and beyond to explain how the medication will help and suggested other things that would help. She was caring, helpful and funny. Please can this be passed on to her superiors as she deserves all the recognition for her excellent service. I always want to be served by her. Someone please give this lady a raise. I’ve been in before with issues and whoever served me in the past didn’t know what they are doing. Missing prescription, long delays, just a mess. Annie is an asset to the ‘walk in’ pharmacy”

Sorted. Some research suggests that you're getting a bigger saving by getting the innocent smoothie, but if you do that, the only thing you're saving is yourself - from growing some balls. Innocent smoothies are for people who can't handle the eye contact from when you get "Age Checked" for your monster, circa Jamie Oliver. Now you can get yourself a healthier option, but what are you, a cop or something? The best store if you know what you are doing, but I have seen someone get a prawn sandwhich with a soreen as the snack so perhaps training is needed before you're allowed to buy a meal deal”

“I went in for fags and buckfast. The fine wee lass on the counter didn't ask for i.d... coz im proper old now!! I was hoping for a brown bag to wrap my bucky in. But instead got ripped off for a 5p bag. 5 bastard pence. No wonder homelessness is on the rise. On a positive note ive drank all the bucky and im going back for another bottle!!!”

Health and safety is at a high and impressive standard, reasons for why your doors need to closed and your children should be safely in your vehicle and away from the pumps will be politely explained if you ask. :)”
