“Superb food, friendly helpful staff, what more could you ask for? Having not eaten here before we decided to try a few dishes and had the chicken pad Thai, chicken drunken noodles, spring rolls, prawn toast, spicy chicken wings and a king prawn dish whose name escapes me. Oh and prawn crackers with sweet chilli sauce. No complaints at all. The food was stunning and was devoured by the whole family. My daughter was caught off guard by how spicy the pad Thai was but she had a feast of everything else.”

“I live locally and most of the staff also , very welcoming loyal staff who serve their community always happy to chat while serving you I couldn't fault any of them been like friends to me and everyone for years without these people some of us would be at a great loss .”

“We tried A Star pizza this evening and it was great. You can tell they only use great quality ingredients, definitely the best pizza and the only place well be going from now on. Good price as well. “I popped into one Thirty this Morning for a G.F. Breakfast. Unfortunately no G.F. Sausages. But I recieved plenty of Bacon to compensate. Lovely young Lady served me, very accommodating. Next Time I'll go for the "Big Breakfast" as G.F. bread are Tiny Slices. I checked out the "Breakfast box" in the Reviews it Looked BAZZIN. Overall a Very Pleasant experience ☺ The Young lady even worked out my Bill so it came back Cheaper. Bargain.”

“What a lovely evening I have just had for my daughter’s 11th birthday family meal. I booked a table online and requested a table near the window which we got and then as a surprise at the end of the meal the chef brought out a cake and the staff sang happy birthday to my daughter which I wasn’t expecting. All the staff were superb. I’m afraid I didn’t catch their names but a blond lady and a tall lad with longer hair looked after us and a female chef. They all deserve massive praise. Constantly checking we were all ok and dealing with my sisters gluten free dietary requirements (she was impressed and happy that you kept everything separate and even more happy she got a carvery with gluten free Yorkshires and gravy!). The food was as expected- pub grub, great quantity and taste. We all left full of happiness and full bellies and that’s all we want from a family outing! So thankyou”

“Stayed one night with my partner, had the dinner for two deal. Stud bar was excellent, barman friendly and made a mean cocktail. Reception and restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful. The food and atmosphere in the restaurant were of really high quality and the breakfast was also amazing. Would recommend. Rooms and facilities were first rate.”

What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. We even got a custom milkshake whipped up on request—and it was top-tier. Plenty of parking too. “Called in today and had the afternoon tea bought from Groupon . We were met and served by Shadi who was very friendly and her service was the best. The sandwiches and cakes were excellent especially my favourite the Tiramasu . The restaurant was very clean and tastefully decorated . Will definitely return again .”

“Went in on Wednesday with my mum and 8 montg old daugher and had the tea for 2. A lovely home made scone, pot of cream and jam and a big pot of tea... for 4.80! Bargin, and really nice! “My experience at benugo John Lewis was exceptional the service was great a team member kindly carries my tray over to me as they could see I was struggling made me feel extremely welcomed, I bought a mozzarella forcia it was extremely fresh and tasted delicious .
