After explaining my situation they were like “say no more” “we have got you”. And then, within 4 minutes the new tyre was fitted. Amazing!!! “We were sceptical about staying at The Hyde venue as we knew it wasn’t as renovated as its local sites such as the Ashton site. Having recently visited to use the swimming facilities we were met by friendly staff so we decided to book an overnight here due to the low costs. Being regulars at sites such as Manchester’s dokota and the midland we naturally had high standards basing our recommendations off google and trip advisor ratings. I can honestly say after meeting Kai and Kiki at the bar they completed our stay. They were so welcoming and genuine honest people who cared to take the time to speak to you despite their clear busy work schedule. Before meeting them the staff were friendly but did the bare minimum. I feel I need to give a special mention to these two individuals because they go above and beyond what is expected and deserve to be recognised by management and higher as they have staff that exceed their pay grade. What they provided was above and beyond what any of the 5* venues we visit in Manchester City centre and we will return on the back of their hospitality alone. I hope this review allows the recognition they deserve, having started my career in hospitality at the age of 15 I know how hard it is to show care and general interest in clients but they do so in an impeccable manner. When evaluating suitable nurseries, we were most impressed with Children 4 Most Hyde and this was helped by the fact its sister nursery elsewhere looked after our older two children excellently. What we love about Children 4 Most Hyde is the both the professionalism and warmth of the team there - there is so much confidence in the care of the team that minds our youngest child. He has dietary and health requirements and the team effortlessly take care of that, it's recorded on their systems and it is second nature to them. There are more things that we love about the nursery - the updates we get from the app showing what our child is up to, with photos and write ups - it is very impressive and makes us quite proud as parents and also of the team in the nursery. And finally, you only need to see our child when he goes to nursery in the mornings - so happy, walks triumphantly to his happy place. This is a clear hat tip to Children 4 Most nursery Hyde!”

“I hired Travel Prestige Chauffeur for my nephew’s wedding. I contacted them 3 weeks before the wedding. They did not take any money until I had seen the car and I was happy. Once I had seen in, they only took an initial deposit. I paid the full amount on the day of the event. They were extremely reasonably priced and they had cars that other local hire companies didn’t. There was a small problem with my online banking which meant payment wanted instant however they were we very understanding and communicated immediately once they had received the payment. The day before the event, they contacted me to confirm details . They were punctual, incredibly friendly and accommodating. “So this was the first time us leaving our cat in a Cattery due to him being diabetic and he needed extra care. Lisa made us feel so at ease and seeing reviews she had cared for other diabetic cats was a relief.
