“I'd highly recommend eating at the Clink, the food was great and it was for a good cause. We would visit again if we're in the area. Perfect if you're visiting Quarry Bank. We had a lovely Sunday dinner here, with the lovely veg and roasties. The charred mackeral starter was marvellous, as was the panna cotta. The staff were pleasant, with great service and reasonable prices. Good toilet facilties, including disabled loo. Access ramp in place for wheeled entry, terrain mostly flat with parking located near the entrance”

“We had breakfast today at Royal Restaurant they gave us a delightful experience with its great service. The menu features both traditional and contemporary cuisine making it a wonderful choice for ANY occasion. The flavours are well balanced and the presentation is visually appealing. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and great taken care of. We ordered Aloo Tikki Sandwich OMG super hit trust me was delicious and we had omelette and paratha that was delicious too authentic plus crispy not oily at all... I We will definitely be coming back here again and would recommend this place to anybody.”

“We had our first meal at this restaurant tonight and it was absolutely fantastic! The service was top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff who were attentive to our needs. A really nice touch was when the chef came out of the kitchen to ask us how our food was. This is something I've only seen on TV before, but it was a really personal and thoughtful gesture that made me feel valued as a customer. The food was also delicious and flavorful. We had pizza, carbonara and risotto and they were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. The portion size was generous, and I left feeling satisfied but not overstuffed. We also had the tiramisu and chocolate fudge cake both were delicious. The price of the food is a little bit higher than some other restaurants I've been to, but I think it's worth it for the quality of the food and the excellent service. I will definitely be coming back here again soon!”

“We booked initially for 10 people but then added an extra 9. The restaurant were very accommodating and did everything to ensure we had the best night. We pre-ordered our food so everything was ready together - one of our party even said how great it was doing the pre-order so we could just enjoy our evening. We were celebrating a 50th birthday and were able to put up a banner and take balloons. The staff were all so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Now onto the food- which was delicious. All dishes were presented well and were very fresh and tasty - which is how I expect Mediterranean food to be. The mixed grill was cooked perfectly and from what the rest of the party said - their dishes were amazing too. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be going back. Massive thanks to Mina who did a fantastic job of looking after us.”

“Beautiful, fine-dining restaurant with fabulous food, cooked by very talented chefs, and a wonderfully attentive service/front of house team. Thank you so much for making my aunt's 90th birthday such a special one and kindly allowing us to bring our own cake which was brought to the table in perfect timing and then cut for us beautifully. A family favourite of ours! 'Adult family' favourite, I may add. I wouldn't say it was a 'young family restaurant' as such. More of an adult dining experience, especially perfect for special events. To me, it feels special without being pretentious. The staff have always been incredibly kind, friendly and helpful; wanting you to enjoy your time with them. Thank you again. “What a gem of a place. This is one of the most authentic and pleasent Italian places I had the pleasure to eat at in a very long time. Let's say that if I lived in theare me and my girlfriend would most definitely weight a few more stones/Kgs. As well as the food it is cosy, attentive stuff, quick enough service (to not make you think they want you out of the door) definitely a must try.... Book of you can as space is limited.”

They have a small parking which was full when we got there on Sat evening, we had to find on-street parking elsewhere. Though we got a table just fine without reservation”

“I came in with my granddaughter last week, and I must say, the food was exceptional! Upon walking into the establishment, it felt as if we were transported to New York. As a proud American, I must say I felt right at home! My granddaughter, on the other hand—who is very hard to impress—took her time, but by the time the food arrived, her demeanor had changed. We ordered the Benny's Burger, the schnitzel wrap, and the sweet potato chips. I have to mention that my granddaughter did not make the life of the young lady at the till easy. With the number of notes my granddaughter gave for her schnitzel wrap, I was sure she would be laughed at by our server. Instead, we were met with kind responses, smiles, and absolutely no issues. The food came out very quickly, and all three items we ordered were presented exquisitely! Every note was followed perfectly. The service was probably the best I have experienced in this otherwise abysmal country. I come to England at least twice a year from New York to visit my children and grandkids. I try to give each one time alone with me so I can give each the attention they deserve. My son had mentioned that there was a splendid restaurant I had to try; he has ordered Uber delivery from you a few times. I truly recommend the dine-in experience! I will definitely be returning the next time I come to visit the kids. (I do apologize, as I had intended to share the photographs that were taken. But sadly, only my granddaughter took photos—she has the better phone and therefore the better camera—and she seems to be taking her time sending them to me.)”

“Absolutely fantastic place, probably the best Italian restaurant I have been to. Been a few times now and never disappointed. Very attentive staff, gorgeous food and a really lovely environment to be in. It's relatively small so booking ahead is recommended and definitely worth it.”

“Intimate little restaurant serving fabulous food, all cooked on order by owner and Chef, Mandy. The paella is the best I have ever tasted but don't forget to check the specials board as well. When everything is so good it's ideal that it's tapas, perfect for sharing with family and friends. Menu prices are very reasonable and as it's BYOB, you save money bringing your own alcoholic drinks. (Edit ; they charge that small an amount for corkage i never even noticed until they replied to this review) Friendly, attentive staff in a lovely relaxed atmosphere complete the picture, making this one of my favourite places to bring the people that I love. x”

“Just been here this evening for the first time to celebrate my daughter’s 21st-family of 10. From the minute we walked in, we were warmly welcomed. “Tried the chicken steak and a pizza today. The steak was perfectly cooked and juicy. The pizza dough was out of the world and it was perfectly baked without burning the vegetables on the top which usually is the case with most places.”

“Located in the Hyatt Hotel and operated by them. You can choose from the bar and restaurant menu so a decent choice. Waiting staff were excellent, as was the food. With drinks, expect to pay at least 30 a head for a main and a drink. They add 12pct on top for service FYI. Did I say the food was delicious?”

“We went on Saturday night to try the dinner menu and ordered a set of small plates. They were all excellent. I don’t even know which one was my favourite! But the tuna tartar, pea risotto, tempura, and the lemon sole were absolutely amazing. Do not miss the orange flavoured white wine from Mendoza Argentina. It significantly enhanced our experiences, highly recommended! The service was attentive, knowledgeable abs kind. The atmosphere also provided a relax and mellow environment. The music played was also the right volume (hate it when some places are so loud you just want to leave!) We will definitely be back very soon.”
