“Great spot for always having at least one gluten free beer on tap, usually a couple. I'm a big fan of when they've got locals like Brightside. Generally a good atmosphere whenever I come. Sometimes a lot busier than others, probably event related as it's very close to a number of live venues. That said, I can often find a seat in the second, quieter room pictured below. I would appreciate GF food options, but I understand this is exceptionally difficult considering they do pizzas. The music is almost never particularly loud, which means you can always converse. The only setback would be that some of the beers can be pricey, but this is absolutely to be expected given they are quality craft beers rather than mass products, and I say this is one of the few spots where it's worth it”

“Just passing by... Very well presented. Immaculately clean, food is fast, fresh and tasty. Try the Beehive masala omelette (£8.45), certainly hits the spot. The chicken wings (£5.45) are grilled and not fried and are flavoursome and cooked to perfection. We'll certainly be back! Good luck do support as it's a new start up.”

“We went for brunch and both had the bacon on sourdough ciabatta with black pudding and one with a fried egg. They were much larger than expected (no complaint there!), perfectly cooked and delicious. Allergens were checked for on ordering. The staff were pleasant, polite and helpful. Loved the style and atmosphere, looking forward to going again. Oh and the coffee was fab!”

“Very nice cafe. Grabbed a standard English with a decaf cappuccino Good location and tasty quality food with special mixes of Egyptian salt and sauce, handmade. Didn't try the sauce but was recommended to put the salt and spices in with the beans which was very nice Staff friendly and helpful”

“Ever meandered through Chorlton Park and missed the Tibetan cafe? Well, I finally gave it a go and oh boy, what a joy! Snug by the playground, it's perfect for foodie families, picnic punters, and anyone on the prowl for friendly faces and hearty portions! Tried the sha sha chicken and the momos, both worthy contenders, but it was the cauliflower stir-fry with rice and veggies that stole my heart (and stomach). This humble veggie is transformed into a showstopper so delectable, it might just compel you to write poetry. “A fantastic place to go to unwind and chill. An amazing range of different things to paint, while you eat great tasty food and drink the wonderful hot chocolate with all the trimmings. Great for those with kids during the holidays, but those with no little people its best to go during school time, you might the place to yourself like us for a while A+”

“Stayed over in Manchester & found this little gem for breakfast/brunch. Ordered a large & small breakfast with tea & coffee included. Freshly cooked, although we were the only ones in, phone orders were coming in. Nice friendly lady cooking & serving. Worth a visit. Plenty of road side parking”

“Went to Piccadilly Garden with friends then just searched cafe on Google map, found this cafe and walked in We ordered Benedict and French toast, the Benedict is surprisingly nice, its wish sweet potato hash browns mixed with bacon bits and red pepper. I think it’s an interesting combination, I never see anything similar in other brunch spots. I personally don’t eat red peppers, this combination even caught my stomach. And I think the Holland sauce is quite nice, better than other places I’ve tried. Classic french toast is okay, normal I’d say. Also ordered berries mocktails it tastes fresh I like it, £5 is very reasonable Have to shout out to Tyler for the great service, very lovely and considerate. We had a whole excellent brunch experience here, and would always love to come back”

“Such a lovely place. Wonderful food, volunteers, people and atmosphere. There is a nice store that sells nice wine, soaps, salt, jewellery, greeting cards including wooden greetings cards, chutney, tea, jams..and many more. For me, it's love at first sight.”

“Amazing place both in store and online! I have the Uber Eats app and their service is always fast and the food is always in perfect condition - if cookie dough, it’s still lovely and warm, and if ice cream it’s always still cold and in tact. The food is so tasty it’s always a joy ordering from The Dessert Cafe. Even going into the cafe itself, the owner is very friendly and the service in itself is wonderful. Will be a loyal customer of this place for a long long time.”

“A great family run shop, that has all your families needs stocked. The owners are very friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate your every need. Has pay point and now the lottery. Local shop for local people and open Sunday to Saturday. Well worth a visit.”

“Very, very good venue. The quayside theatre is very small and intimate, but holds a good crowd. We were there to see the "Ideal" stage show (which was absolutely brilliant) and it was a great trip. Two minor issues were that it was unclear when the doors would open, leaving quite a few people like us standing outside in rain and wind, which was not Ideal (see what I did there) Also the toilet roll dispensers are utterly dreadful, where you have to try and pull it out of a very tight opening and it invariably tears close to the holder. You know the ones I'm talking about... The rosé wine is delightful...”

“The young lady that served us was brilliant so helpful lovely and so helpful. The food was fantastic highly recommended the halal breakfast and my friend loved the omelette. The Earl gray tea came in the most wonderful tea pot and was fantastic. My friend loves the coffees so much has two cups every time. If you have never been you have to try you will not be disappointed I guarantee it. We will be coming once a week from now on may be more. I have to say that the toilets hear are really clean and the double seats one for adults and a second for children shows a real family cafe.”

“Absolutely hidden gem cafe in Stockport with good price. All the food source from the best in local farms. My son Luke loves the sausages so much and so am I. The other favorite is the mushroom soup, fresh made and creamy. If you want some dessert, I would highly recommend the Victoria sponge and fresh made pancake.”

“Had a impromptu lunch date at this cafe and it was wonderful! the atmosphere was relaxing and very welcoming. The staff are warm and helpful ,we had to a make dietary request and they accommodated it and it wasn't any bother. cafe is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, they have different types of chairs which was a life saver for my back! Absolutely loved the food , a little expensive I would say but definitely worth it , best BBQ chicken cheese toastie I've had and the salad that accompanied it was gorgeous. Just what was need on a hot day. I would definitely recommend this place !”
