“As usual my appointment today at Inglewood was a positive experience. All the staff are professional and friendly, the environment is clean and welcoming and Roshni , my dentist, is wonderful! She always puts me at ease and although I didn’t need treatment today , when I do she is excellent. She always takes time to go through my options and carries out the treatment in a very professional, yet kind manner . I would highly recommend Inglewood.”

“Had root canal treatment performed which obviously very anxious about , however found this treatment was performed very skilfully , by Mr. Charlesworth and Charlotte (dental nurse, a great team). The administration of the local anaesthetic in itself was pain free , was very impressed with the teamwork and felt totally at my ease . I was reassured and received individualised care with very good explanation of the procedure involved . I would not hesitate to recommend this dental specialist to anyone needing root canal treatment . Thank you”

“I called on the Monday Morning at 8.30 and had an appointment by 12.30 same day. I have a huge fear of the dentist, I had an infection which they prescribed Antibiotics for and an appointment for today for extraction. The service i received from Rebecca was exceptional, she was gentle knowing my fear and explained everything, she has such caring and professional manor. All the staff in the practise were fantastic. I am now booked in for a long over due check up and to have some extra work scheduled. Thank you for being so understanding and supportive of my fear.”

“Wow! I was referred to Alderley Edge Dental for wisdom tooth removal, having all four teeth removed. Julian and Lucy were nothing short of amazing. I can be quite nervous when getting dental treatment, Julian talked me through everything, answered any questions I had and explained what was happening throughout. Lucy was fantastic in offering me support, words of encouragement and a hand to hold when needed. “I started going to Chester Road dental care approximately 2 years ago along with my 3 children (1 x 7 years and 2x 4 year olds). From the start all staff have been kind, welcoming and patient. My dental care has been really straight forward but my 3 children have a bit more challenging. Initially all 3 were nervous and would only stand in the room and not even sit in the chair or open their mouth. Lisa recommended coming every 3 months to slowly build their confidence. We have been doing precisely that and now all 3 sit in the chair, have their teeth checked and even have the fluoride paint on their teeth! We have now moved to 6 monthly check now that they are a lot more comfortable with the process. They all love coming now. Thank you to Lisa and the team for their patience and understanding.”

“Had root canal treatment from Mr Charlesworth. Everyone at the practice was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Can't fault the treatment at all. Mr Charlesworth was very reassuring, before he started he advised me they could adjust how they worked or stop if I had problems. Which made me feel a bit more in control and therefore more relaxed. Once I'd had the injections I found the procedure absolutely fine. Receptionists and the rest of the team all very helpful. Great practice, would recommend.”

“Dr Ten is an artist and a saint!! The dentist I was supposed to see ended up on leave last minute, which wouldn't be a huge deal except reception wrote my number down wrong so couldn't tell me in advance, and I was travelling from norwich and had a train to catch 2 hours later! I cannot fault them for this, a small typo was made much worse by circumstance. Reception are also angels, they managed to get me booked in with another dentist an hour and a half later, and then with a 3rd dentist when that dentist was running over. They kept me updated on timings and did everything they could to make sure I got my filling and didn't miss my train. Dentist number three was Dr Ten. He double checked he would have enough time to do the filling to a standard he was happy with. He also identified a second cavity from my previous xray, and made sure that was filled also. I mentioned I was nervous and was unsure if I needed the filling, he gave me so much reassurance, and took pictures on my phone of each step so I could see there were definitely two cavities, and so I could see what had been done afterwards! There was absolutely no pain for the entire thing, the numbing injection I was expecting to be painful but that was the one thing he took his time on, he made sure it was pain free. He told me exactly what each tool was for and let me see it in action briefly before use. I knew I was in the safest hands and this massively lowered my anxiety. Somehow he finished with a few minutes to spare, just enough time to take a final picture, and the filling is immaculate! The anaesthetic has worn off, I've got no pain and my bite is perfect. He really saved my day, I am incredibly grateful for him taking the time to see me, and for his kindness and dilligence.”

“Always a pleasent trip! Shirley (the Receptionist) is by far the most helpful, knowledgeable, approachable, receptionist I’ve come across. My appt today was with the Hygienist (Jasmine). She is the best hygienist I’ve ever had! Dentist visits for me are not my favourite but she always makes it feel less scary! And she does an amazing job giving my gums/teeth a clean.”
