“Absolutely amazing! So close to the train station which obviously is so nice We stayed in room 6. The room was lovely and clean, excellent variety in tea tray (oat milk option as well!) and still very spacious, especially for a budget option! Couldn’t have been more happy! Manager who gave us the keys was so friendly and nice. All in all amazing stay! Lovely to have the shower in the room as well (came with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was all very good quality and smelt vvv nice) Couldn’t have asked for better! Even came with ear plugs but we had no issues with any noise :) thank you so much!”

“I've stayed at this Premier Inn many times and I have to say, it's a very good spot. The location is great, with McDonald's just around the corner and Chinatown only a 5-minute walk away. Plus, every time we stay here we discover new parts of Manchester that we haven't seen before. It's at the quieter end of Manchester which is always a plus. The hotel is also very close to the train stop, so it's easy to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also good, with a decent variety of options available. Overall, I highly recommend this Premier Inn. The location is great, it's at the quieter end of Manchester and it's easy to access other parts of the city. Plus the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable”

“Thank you to Lewis Danny , Leon and the the whole team for such a welcoming stay - I could have stayed all week with a team like that , like are an absolute credit to your establishment. Leon served me in the restaurant. He was kind , warm , understanding , knowledgeable , helpful , professional, but above all else his service was exemplary, second to none! I have never met such customer service in a very long time , of this level , and how refreshing to meet someone that loves what they do , and has a positive attitude in all their work. Promote him very soon, or I'll be honest you are missing a trick here , and definetly do not let him move to another hotel. Danny was kind , warm so so welcoming & answered every question I had promptly & efficiently. “Wonderful soundproofing for a city location. Didn't hear traffic, banging doors or anything during the night. Very comfy bed, powerful shower, clean and useful facilities. Also lovely friendly lady on reception. Late checkout brilliant too. The beefeater attached to it is great as well. We arrived very tired from long journey and took advantage of the special offer for dinner and breakfast. Food was delicious, portions good and Holly our waitress was brilliant.”

“Very warm welcome by a tall young man on reception and when checking out. AJ on the bar gave excellent service and chat a lovely lad. Food was really good and breakfast was great. Room was good a little to warm though and we couldn't turn it down or open a window. Enjoyed our stay very much.”

“Overall, a good place to rest in Manchester. Despite the necessity of a new face and a general cleaning, the hotel offers comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and the staff there was very friendly! Moreover, the price was very affordable being an hotel near the city centre (5 min walking).”

“You get what you pay for is it a Hilton no but it’s cheap central and comfy. The room was clean no complaints easy access 24/7 reception. Hot water and nice staff. If your coming for WHP or and concerts it’s cheap and it does the job. DO NOT SHARE A ROOM WITH SOMEONE YOU NOT COMFORTABLE BEING NAKED AROUND the shower isn’t in a separate room. However, if your good mates or in a relationship and looking for a cheap nights stay that’s clean and has a bed it’s the place.”

“If your thinking about staying then I recommend to book book book.. my only fault is that I had to share a bathroom with others, but also for saying it is a busy bar on canal street it was quiet. I had the best sleep ever.. I eas kindly welcomed and also the location is brilliant. Highly recommend and if I'm Inthe area again I'll be staying here”

“I had a great stay at this hotel before my flight from Manchester Airport. It was super convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. What really made the experience, though, was the excellent service. Faizan, in particular, was fantastic. He handed me my key and was so friendly and approachable, which I really appreciated. As a nervous flyer, his ability to communicate and just talk about things really helped take my mind off my worries and made me feel a lot better about the flight ahead. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport.”

“Fourth time staying here. Three times this year. Staff all amazing. Helpful, friendly, and make us feel like valued guests. Rooms comfortable and clean. Beds superb. It is noisy outside, but hey, we are in the middle of a city! In the centre of manchester. Breakfast well worth it. High quality bacon and sausage. staff all seem to muck in together, helping with all that needs to be done. As two older ladies travelling together, we feel safe, welcome and have already booked to come back.”

One member of staff is my favourite and that is Samira she has helped me and my family a lot when I've been feeling down and she is there to listen if ever need to talk. She is a credit to the Hala hotel and is extremely good at her job for caring for everybody.”

“Was a last minute on the spot booking and even gave us discount. Loved speaking to the manager upon arrival who explained everything to us in detail and expressed if we had an issue to come and speak to him first and he will try his best to fix it straight away. Never once got disturbed by anything and had a lovely stay. He even allowed me to put my chocolates in the freezer so they wouldn’t melt. Defo would stay there again.”
