“This is my first experience in this clinic. I found the difference between it and the dental clinics I have been treated in. The difference is, first, the smile from the receptionist the moment you enter the clinic, the humble service, and the speed of registration, which shows the high professionalism and excellence in services. As for the dentist, from the first meeting, I really felt that I have known her for a long time because of her kindness and generous treatment of her clients as if they were friends, and her sense of humor in dealing with them, and of course in addition to the mastery of her work, she also makes you feel that you do not want to leave the clinic because of the wonderful services they provide. Of course, there is cleanliness, a calm atmosphere, and positive energy in the clinic. I consider myself lucky to register in this clinic. Thank you. Anwer Omran”

As Merlins Dog Walking was the only animal care business I could find that looked after rabbits I decided to try her out. A remarkable level of service. I came to all my bunnies in their runs and their cages all cleaned and ready to go. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sue and Merlin's Dog Walking to anyone. “I have been with this practice for many year. Over the past 10 years I have suffered mental health issues and required diabetic care, challenging at times whilst working full time and juggling the kids. I have nothing but positive comments for the whole team from the front desk who are welcoming and don't try to diagnose you over the phone, to Deb's the diabetic nurse who is always warm and listens to your concerns through to the doctors. I have had the same doctor for 8 years (Dr Shahid) who over time on the rare occasion I speak to him listens before passing comment, pays real attention to any issues I may be having with my mental health and has always been extremely supportive. I have in the past been referred to 3rd party clinical support teams, this has been dealt with efficiently and recently I had cause to question the judgement of that 3rd party support. Dr Shahid took action and it is now being dealt with. I strongly believe the less I see my doctor the better but knowing that when I do the staff that answer the phone are patient and have empathy without being condescending, a duty of care is given and I feel my best interest is at the heart of their care.”

“Did a fantastic job repairing big dent and scratch on my qashquai after I reversed into a lamppost :( Literally Looks like brand new... for a very good price aswell. “The Hive is an absolutely outstanding medical practice. The admin staff are really helpful and approachable and the clinical team are superb. It is not a case of roulette and hoping for the one good GP, they are all very good and I can say Drs Thomson, Peet and Malpas really understand women's health and go out of their way to make you feel heard and genuinely care.”

“Majority of the time never had a problem. One thing I will say is that this firm desperately need to start providing their drivers with card readers. I was forced to get a taxi to Manchester from Middleton for work, as the buses weren’t running as they should. I’ve just had to get out mid journey to withdraw cash from a machine that charges £1.99. So I’ve been forced to pay a £15 taxi then pay £1.99 for the trouble of withdrawing cash just to suit the company’s ignorance. This day and age it’s absolutely incredible that you can’t pay for a taxi with a card. Lovely drivers and clean cars most of the time, and lovely people on the phones, and they turn up when they say they will.”

The staff are so Friendly and Professional . I even got a phone call from my 88 year old mum her just got hers delivered by a lovely chap..she's over the Moon.. In the past its been hard getting through on the phone but since Patchs was introduced I use that for most things. If i've really struggled or had any emergency i have been sorted so quickly. Can't fault the staff at all.”

“I took my son to Middleton Pharmacy last night and the two members of staff were really friendly. The chap looking at my son was really helpful, took his time to ask lots of questions and gave lots of helpful advice. My son is 5 years old and was a little tired and impatient but the chap was so patient with him and it was a trip well worth making. Glad that I won’t need to waste an hour on the phone at 8am on Monday morning trying to get a GP appointment. Looking at the previous reviews, we didn’t experience any of the negativity others have experienced.”

“I am always seen in a timely manner and expect a wait , it can’t always run like a production line . Some patients might need more time than others I have found the receptionists helpful and do their best along with the back office staff who work hard behind the scenes . Thankyou”
