“Tried Lamb Curry here for the first time, came back next day to get some more to let my mum have a taste. Honestly the place could do with a bit of investment to tidy it up, but the lamb curry was just superb. Enough to justify the premium price! The old fella there asked mt my name so he could remember me in the future. Now i live in Bury and this place in in Levenshulme/Longsite area so a bit of a trek but deffo worth it.”

“Where do I start with this? So I ordered a “Fusion Donner” and chips and I have to admit it’s the best tasting donner I’ve had in my entire life. They stir fry it in this special red sauce and it goes perfect with some nice chilli and garlic sauce! I have had my fair share of donner over the years and this takes first place! GDK go eat your heart out Essano is winning this one!”

“I'm 63, love curries. Tried The Megna for the first time on Saturday evening. The food was amazing, good size portions and considering the time I ordered the delivery was not a problem. If you like curries, try The Megna, I'm sure you will not be disappointed.”

“I used to come to this kebab house as a child, pleased to say the seekh kebabs are still delicious here! Large naan given with the seekh kebabs, although the kebabs could be larger. Even with the large option (3 seekh kebabs) I felt the kebab-to-naan ratio lacked a bit but otherwise was a nice meal, the chutneys and salad (especially the onion) really bring out the flavours. Small seekh kebab (2 kebabs with naan) £4.60 Large seekh kebab (3 kebabs with naan) £6.30 There's seating available, a sink to wash your hands with soap and paper to dry your hands with. They only accept cash payment.”

“Spice 2000 is my favourite takeaway ever. When i went back to the place after a while i ordered a pizza and the food was made to perfection and dedication. It wasnt re-heated it was all fresh and delicious. It made me re-order again the other day. This time i ordered a curry as i was craving it and tried the chicken madras. It was beautifully hot and delicious and the flavours hit the right spot. I highly recommend going to Spice 2000. Even the customer service was really good, i highly praise all the workers. I try others when yummy is closed, when i just crave this cuisine ..and can not wait one more day till yummy opens , and its just not as good. “I came here a few times while working nearby for a couple of months and made a different order each time. The Dosa meal in the evening at £5 is very good value while the Lamb Kulambu is also very good. Everything is freshly cooked in front of you and you can eat in as well. Service is friendly Don't be put off by the tatty look of the place, it is well worth a visit”
